Tell Pelican Pointe Rehabilitation: Workers Need a Just Contract NOW!
.png)
Seventy UFCW union members at Pelican Pointe Rehabilitation in North Cape May, NJ, are working without a new contract for an extended period of time and have voted unanimously to authorize a strike.
These dedicated healthcare workers — including LPNs, CNAs, and receptionists, as well as staff in dietary, housekeeping, maintenance, and more — continue to show up and perform exemplary care for their elderly residents.
In thanks, the Employer's most recent offer would provide little more than a dime in overall yearly wage increases for most employees, reduce their hours, and significantly underfund their health benefits.
This is totally unacceptable!
Pelican Pointe Owners: Stop putting profits over working people! We need an agreement that will protect these workers' families and reward their hard work. Give these workers what they deserve NOW!

Why is this important?
These hardworking union members are not just nameless faces; they are your neighbors, friends, and family members -- and they need your support! These men and women are tired, under financial strain, and deserve better for all that they do. Please support these healthcare workers.
