AS RESIDENTS OF CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, WE UNDERSTAND THE CURRENT ZONING DOES NOT ALLOW FOR U-HAUL RENTALS AT 9750 IRON BRIDGE RD. HOWEVER, THIS SERVICE OFFERED THROUGH CARTER'S POWER EQUIPMENT IS VALUABLE FOR THE COMMUNITY, AND WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE THE APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THIS PURPOSE.
