Why is this important?

The 1619 Reparations Party is an establishment of governance for the people, by the people. Article V Convention or amendatory convention, is one of two methods authorized by the Article 5 of the United States Constitution whereby amendments to the United States Constitution may be proposed 2/3 that is 34 out of 50 may call a convention to propose amendments which become law only after ratification by 3/4 of the states 38 out of the 50. The Congress, whenever 2/3 of both houses shall deem necessary a convention for proposing amendments which in either case shall be valid and all intents and purposes, as part of the Constitution, when ratified by the legislators of 3/4 of several States or by conventions of 3/4 thereof as the one other mode of modification provided that no amendment which be made prior to the year 1888 shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the 9th section of the first article and that no state, without its consent shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate. We request transparency of our taxpayers dollars, land acquisition, and federal protections.
