Bring Obama era regulations of Studios & Theaters back.

Movie Studios use to release every movie they have in RealD 3D and 4DX formats in those screenings in theaters. But now they continue to pay millions of dollars to make these movies in 3D, just to not ever release them anywhere in that format; and lock them away in a Digital Vault to never be seen by anyone, not on 3D Blu-ray and/or Vudu and/or Apple Vision Pro etc.

And theaters use to always have a minimum of 20% 3D screenings during the first week a 3D release would premiere, but now they don't show any 3D showings at all (i.e. Soul as most recent example).

These are anti-consumer practices the Cinema chains have been practicing since 2021, and that the studios have been practicing since 2017.

We desperately need consumer safety net measures implemented via Government regulations, because the Studios and Cinemas won't act nicely to us costumers on their own.

Movie studios should be 100% obligated by law to release any movie they have in any format; in those screening formats for consumers to choose for ourselves. Movie studios shouldn't be making these decisions for us, that's cronyism and we costumers don't care for crony capitalism.

And theaters shouldn't be premiering 3D movies with 95% to 100% Monoscopic 2D screenings with only 0% to 5% of screenings being 3D screenings for The first 2 weeks a movie is out. There should be 20% to 50% 3D screenings available for the first week a 3D movie has premiered.

Why is this important?

It's important, because studios and cinemas shouldn't have all the consumer spending direction at their control.

We costumers should be the ones to have 100% of the consumer buying power/direction in our own hands/control. The manipulating of the market by studios and theaters must end. The movie market should be dictated by consumer buying power, and not by studios & cinemas removing options we didn't know could be available to us.
