End the Ukraine and Russian War by Diplomacy of a Peace Treaty Signed Between NATO and Russia

We need to push the counterculture offensive initiative influence against the global agenda, by negotiating recommendation to politicians and world leaders to end the war in Ukraine between them and Russia and bring peace. Since the initial start of the war in Ukraine 7,031-8,000 civilians beginning February 24th, 2022, have been killed by ground invasion or weapon's capacity arsenal. It's been nearly almost 1-year anniversary since occurred and is still perpetuating without peace talks, negotiations or diplomacy from government officials and national world representatives. We need peace talks projected, we need diplomacy to end the further hostility and escalation of the Ukraine war before it aggregates potential severe for the United States to invade territory "boots on the ground." We must volunteer effort required to foster peace before the Ukraine War with Russia triggers wars in other parts of the world for destabilization an existential threat prelude conclusion to World War 3. The Biden Administration has uncooperative and inappropriately lagged inaction or has ill-conceived any hopes unreliable to send nationalized government officials to the diplomacy negotiating table for a peace treaty to be signed, nearing to end the war of futile conflict between international foreign nations of Ukraine and Russia. If the United States embarrasses itself to world leaders that it's unequivocally to assist its unwillingness to maintain world peace, as the role of leadership of the eyes of the worlds, then we ultimately collapse as a world partner of peace and are seen as the world enemy on the confrontational stage of politics. So, my goal today on 1/22/2023 and forward proceeding is to accumulate as much signatures as possible in a constructive list, by cultivating a message platform that something must be done for change. Change needs to happen as medium on the basis foundation of peace in order possible acknowledged to focus on our nation's economy, sovereignty, integrity and U.S. national security threats. By ending the Ukraine/Russia war with peace talks, diplomacy and negotiates that have been a frequent dead end bust neglect by the Biden Administration.
