Hands Off Our Lineage: Investigate AU and AU6RUSA Now

No Consent. No Mandate. Investigate AU & AU6RUSA.
PETITION TO THE U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT

Request for Investigation into AU6RUSA and the African Union (AU)

We, the undersigned, respectfully request that the U.S. State Department open an official investigation into the AU Sixth Region USA Foundation (AU6RUSA) and the African Union (AU) for the following:

GROUNDS FOR INVESTIGATION

• Politically interfering with the identity and self-determination of Reclassified Indigenous Americans and Black Americans;

• Representing U.S. citizens to a foreign government body (the African Union) without consent or legal authorization;

• Violating the rights of U.S. citizens to define their own cultural and national affiliations;

• Undermining U.S.-based reparations movements by falsely claiming to represent Black Americans in international negotiations;

• Attempting to absorb Black American identity into a pan-African political structure that lacks free, prior, and informed consent.

ALLEGATIONS & CONCERNS

  1. Unauthorized Representation:
     AU6RUSA and the African Union claim to represent all descendants of enslaved Africans in the U.S. without documented consent from these individuals or their recognized communities.
  2. Foreign Political Interference:
     By affiliating U.S. citizens with a foreign continental government (AU), these organizations violate U.S. sovereignty and insert foreign interests into domestic reparations, identity, and classification matters.
  3. Misinformation & Historical Erasure:
     AU and AU6RUSA spread misleading narratives that erase the unique political and tribal identity of Reclassified Original Americans, Foundational Indian Americans, and Black Americans who are not African immigrants.
  4. Obstruction of Domestic Reparations:
     Their actions may redirect attention, legal momentum, and potential reparations benefits away from Black Americans and into a pan-African framework that many U.S. citizens do not support, endorse, or identify with.

REQUESTED ACTIONS

We urge the U.S. State Department to:

• Launch an investigation into AU6RUSA and the African Union for unauthorized political representation of U.S. citizens;

• Determine whether AU6RUSA and affiliated AU operatives are violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA);

• Publicly disavow AU and AU6RUSA as legitimate representatives of Black Americans or Reclassified Indigenous Americans;

• Affirm and protect the right of Black Americans to define and represent themselves independently of foreign governments and unaccountable diaspora proxies.

Why is this important?

For Reclassified Indigenous Americans, Black Americans, and all U.S. descendants of slavery fighting for self-determination and reparations.

Unlawful Foreign Representation:
AU6RUSA and the African Union (AU) claim to represent Black Americans—U.S. citizens—to a foreign political body without our vote, consent, or legal authorization.

This is not only a violation of our political rights as American citizens, but may also breach U.S. law, including the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). It is a dangerous form of foreign political interference that assigns U.S. citizens to a continental African identity and political structure we did not choose.

Erasure of Reclassified Indigenous Americans:
Most Black Americans are not African immigrants. Many descend from reclassified Indigenous tribes, Black Europeans, and other original American bloodlines.

The AU and AU6RUSA’s false “Pan-African” narrative collapses all Black identity into an African framework—erasing tribal, historical, and legal claims of original American peoples. They are replacing nations with identity labels, and our sovereignty with foreign agendas.

Threat to Reparations:
The African Union and AU6RUSA actively undermine the Black American reparations movement by:

  • Confusing who is owed reparations: Replacing the specific U.S. lineage claim with a vague “global Black” identity.
  • Installing the AU as a ‘negotiator’: Positioning a foreign body to negotiate with the U.S. government on our behalf—without our consent.
  • Diluting our claims: Opening the door for reparations benefits to be redirected to African nations or continental programs instead of the descendants of U.S. slavery.

No Consent = No Representation

No tribal vote.

No community council.

No consent from the people.

AU6RUSA was never elected to represent Black Americans. And the AU—a coalition of foreign governments—has no jurisdiction over us. Their attempt to absorb our struggle into theirs is anti-democratic, deceptive, and politically dangerous.

You Have the Right to Self-Identify:
Letting AU6RUSA or the AU speak for you gives foreign political actors control over your identity, your census classification, your education, your land claims, your reparations movement—and your future.

You have the right to be recognized as Reclassified Original American, Foundational Indian American, Foundational Black American or however you define yourself.

You did not vote for the African Union. You did not vote for AU6RUSA.

And they do not speak for you.
