Hazard pay for Instacart shopper employees
During the Cov-19 pandemic, Instacart shoppers are in grocery stores working early in the morning and at night to provide excellent service to their loyal customers during these difficult times. Shoppers have been doing their job through the large crowds and keeping calm through the panic. Anyone working in a grocery store is in a hazardous environment. Employees are exposed to the virus, which in turn exposes our families to the virus.
Demand hazard pay that will show up as bonus pooling at the end of their shift and will show up in current paychecks.
