Impeach Donald Trump for Repeated Violations of the Constitution
Donald Trump has repeatedly violated the Constitution since taking office — not just through rhetoric, but through executive actions that have already been blocked by courts or challenged as unconstitutional. These include:
• Attempting to deny citizenship to children born in the U.S. to undocumented immigrants.
• Withholding federal funding from universities and targeting them with investigations for political reasons.
• Targeting private law firms by revoking security clearances and restricting access to federal buildings.
• Sending mass emails to federal employees encouraging resignations under threat — a move deemed unlawful.
• Unilaterally freezing foreign aid and effectively shutting down USAID — actions ruled to exceed presidential authority.
• Weakening environmental protections through regulatory rollbacks that endanger public health.
• Fast-tracking deportations without due process, including lack of legal counsel or fair hearings.
• Undermining the judiciary through threats and politically motivated attacks on judges.

These are not isolated incidents. They represent a pattern of authoritarian overreach — a disregard for the separation of powers, the rule of law, and the constitutional rights of people living in the United States.
Congress has a sworn duty to act. We, the undersigned, call on the U.S. House of Representatives to immediately begin impeachment proceedings against Donald Trump for abuses of power and repeated constitutional violations. No one is above the law.
Why is this important?
Donald Trump has repeatedly violated the Constitution, undermining the rule of law, threatening our institutions, and targeting vulnerable communities — including residents who are protected under our Constitution, whether or not they are citizens. From attempts to deny birthright citizenship and bypass the courts, to unlawful executive orders and threats against judges, civil servants, and universities, his actions have eroded the very foundation of our democracy.
If we don’t act now, we risk normalizing this behavior for future administrations. I care because I want to leave my kids — and yours — a country where the Constitution still matters, where no one is above the law, and where our democracy is not governed by fear or authoritarianism.
This isn't about politics. It’s about accountability, law, and protecting the future of our country. If you’ve ever wondered what you would have done in a moment of crisis — this is it. Join me.
