Since nothing like this exists I have conceded and volunteered to be the guinea pig for this movement. The city is working within the capacity of the current laws in place to get me on my property the quickest way possible. They agree we need a whole other legal category for tiny homes and that’s something we all will be to working on as a long term goal. West Sacramento has been wanting to implement change like this but has not had a real life example to attempt until now. I’m satisfied with making short term compromises for the greater good if that means real long term changes for the majority can happen. With that said I will go into more detail soon!
