Mark Zuckerberg- Do Your Part To End Sexual Trafficking

Dear Mark Zuckerberg,

We come requesting that you demonstrate the true humanitarian values that we know you to have and become an active member in the fight against human trafficking, specifically sexual trafficking, by not only monitoring, as your company has reported to have been, but curtailing human sexual trafficking by reporting online activities that are thought or known to be associated with human sexual trafficking to leading authorities. We believe that you agree that perpetuators of human trafficking should not have a protected status on a site that you own, but rather, be prevented from committing such atrocious acts. As a father, we know that you would not want the current landscape, of monitoring but inaction against sexual trafficking, to be the future for your daughter on whatever social media sites are dominating the cultural landscape when she begins to actively interface with social media. We ask that you please do what is right and play your part, (a part that will require effort, but one in which you are in full power to orchestrate), into action, in order to help curtail the horrible practice and consequences of human sexual trafficking. Please help us put an end to this contemporary international slave trade.
