Municipal Water District

We the residents and taxpayers of the Town of Windsor and Broome County, New York, are requesting that a municipal water district be developed in West Windsor for the overall benefit of the economic growth of the Town of Windsor and Broome County.  This water district could be located at 30 North Road (TM# 164.01-2-45.1), 62 North Road (TM# 164.01-2-44), 151 Fox Farm Road (TM# 164.01-2-47) and 131 Fox Farm Road (TM# 164.03-2-3.2).  These four locations are meant to assist in the economic development of current vacant commercial and residential zoned land.  All four parcels are located behind the McDonald's on North Road in West Windsor.  It is not meant to advocate or force private well owners to connect to a water district unless requested by current private well owners.

Why is this important?

The development will provide economic growth, revenue and jobs for the Town of Windsor, and Broome County, New York.  It will also assist in the overall operation and efficiency of the West Windsor sewage treatment facility, and lower the operating costs for current West Windsor waste water system taxpayers.

How it will be delivered

Through social media platforms and word of mouth.
