We, the People of the United States of America, request the U.S. Military fulfill its oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign or domestic, to take President Donald J. Trump into custody to be charged and tried for repeatedly violating court orders, for citing an insurrection, and failure to uphold the Constitution, thus violating the oath of office and in doing so, creating a Constitutional crisis that threatens the life and liberty of the American people.
