Shorten the workweek to 32 hours and make our economy equitable! Americans are working more, earning less, and are more stressed. It's time we follow in the footsteps of places like Belgium and Iceland and institute a four-day workweek!

Negative impacts of the proposed tower include: decreased property values, public health and environmental harm, and creating a tower vulnerable to the installation of additional antennas by the telecom industry with minimal or no local input (ie, the deployment of 5G infrastructure).

Environmental Racism is defined as "any policy, practice, or directive that negatively affects (whether intended or unintended) individuals, groups, or communities based on race or color. Environmental racism is a form of environmental injustice" (Professor Robert D. Bullard). Congress needs to make efforts to prevent industry from taking advantage of communities of Color. Here are the proposed efforts to be made by Congress. 1. The EPA should conduct research to determine the safest distance for residency in proximity to industrial sites, waste management sites, and factories and create laws prohibiting a breach of this safe distance. 2. Soils, vegetation, air, and water surrounding industrial sites, waste management sites, and factories should be tested frequently for any harmful chemicals attributed to runoff with submitted reports of their findings to determine if the runoff is dangerous. If so, the producing sites of the runoff would need to be monitored and responsible for remedying a fix to stop the polluting runoff. 3. All persons affected by environmental disaster should receive equal aid by the government; aid referring to any monetary aid, shelter, medical services, and any services offered for relief.

My small lawn care company in Maryland is in danger of not surviving another season because we can't find local labor even though we offer higher than minimum wage and Congress won't give us our H2B visas either. This legal visa program brings workers who are willing to do the work for 8 months a year and then go home. We want people to understand these are not immigrants - they are seasonal workers who leave once their visa expires and pay income taxes while here.

Outraged by the number of young men behind bars for "crimes" that are non-violent, specifically related to DUI's and Cannabis, as a nation we must seek to change some outrageous laws. The fabric of our society is torn and in need of a serious mend. The so called "war on drugs" has only further fractured our society and in so doing has opened the door for "drug lords" to solidify their reign in many ways. We will take our concerns first to the Texas lawmakers.
