WPPPP (War Profiteers need to Pay a Percentage of their Profits)WPPPP (War Profiteers Pay a Percentage of Profits) This Petition is to get a "bill" to require any company, corporation, private business, nonprofit and/or anyone profiting from any war that uses any US Military Personal. Will be required to pay at least 25% (and not limited too), of its profits to the Veterans Administration. 25% or more will go to helping all of our War Veterans (dead and alive) and to help the families. Help me to discourage War, buy requiring all companies to pay a percentage of their profits; it might become too expensive for them to encourage wars. These War Profiteers have made their wealth off of the blood and tears of our Military personal and their families for too long. Not only have we lost lives but some if not most that return are in need of lifetime medical care. We have lost more than most know we lost the wisdom and knowledge of our elders. What kind of Country would we be now if we had kept all that has been lost because of senseless wars? Require anyone making a profit from war pay for using our Men and Women to line their pockets with the blood of our loved ones. On a personal note: I understand that at certain times a War might be necessary. As in WWII, we had to do what was necessary to stop Hitler and his killing of so many people. But I realize what we lost as a Nation and Family, we lost a big part of our heritage, the values our troopers took with them have been taken away from us forever. I feel we have lost our way in this world and I would like to see us have a chance to rebuild and give our lost values a chance to reestablish. We need to pull together as Americans, and this includes everyone, all races, and cultures, everyone who resides in America. Let’s save our own from the Profiteers.5 of 100 SignaturesCreated by William Neumiller

Life without the possibility of parole are unconstitutional for juvenile offenders.William Hawkins has been incarcerated since 2002 for a crime he did not commit. He was just 16 years old at the time and charged with second degree murder and misconduct involving a weapon which 5 months later was changed to first degree murder and he was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole -- even though no DNA evidence, fingerprints, physical evidence, collected ever linked William to the crime. There were several deficiencies in his representation, he had a public defender who believed he was guilty, 3 other co defendants were coached and forced to false claims against William on the stand in front of the jury. A clear violation of due process. William and all 3 co- defendants were charged and convicted of the same murder however William was the only one convicted of a crime that carries a higher mandatory maximum sentence. The court improperly aggravated his sentence based on evidence the jury did not get to see or determine. After 2 denied appeal attempts due to not having proper representation, and understanding of the laws and his rights he had William was determine to give it another shot when he was presented with the opportunity to file a P.C.R. due to Miller Vs. Alabama. Arizona courts denied it again claiming that did not apply to him because he was not sentenced to natural life he was sentenced to life with the possibility of parole after 25 years. His attorney filed another motion for review as he was improperly sentenced. In 1993 the Arizona Legislature revised who commit felony offenses before Jan 1, 1994 remain eligible for parole. Well in Williams case his felony was committed AFTER 1994 so he is not eligible for parole. The Arizona supreme court has held that release after 25 years does NOT include parole, but instead limited to other forms of release such as executive clemency.201 of 300 SignaturesCreated by T D

Petition to Exclude Macky Sall from the Columbia Africa ConferencePetition to Exclude Macky Sall from the Columbia Africa Conference To: Organizers of the Columbia Africa Conference Date: October 25 and 26 Subject:Request to Exclude Macky Sall from Participating We, the undersigned, strongly oppose the participation of Macky Sall, former President of Senegal, in the upcoming Columbia Africa Conference on October 25-26. Macky Sall’s administration has been documented for serious human rights violations, suppression of dissent, and undermining democratic processes in Senegal. Additionally, there are significant concerns regarding economic mismanagement and the manipulation of financial data. Reports indicate that Sall's government has repeatedly provided inflated economic figures to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), raising questions about the accuracy of Senegal’s financial reporting and the true state of its economy. These actions not only jeopardize Senegal’s financial integrity but also hinder sustainable development and exacerbate poverty levels. The misrepresentation of economic data can have far-reaching consequences, affecting foreign investment and economic policy decisions that impact the lives of ordinary Senegalese citizens. For more information on these documented issues, please refer to the following links: - https://youtu.be/QL_054ALobw?feature=shared - https://youtu.be/_cumf7Wmemg?feature=shared - https://youtu.be/bIgDg-3v9Ck?feature=shared - https://youtu.be/2J9DY8OUEQc?feature=shared - https://youtu.be/uGNKIr2917k?feature=shared - https://youtu.be/ziWZ1JHMQ70?feature=shared These actions contradict the values of open dialogue, human rights, and democracy that this conference seeks to uphold. Allowing President Sall to participate would compromise the integrity of the conference and imply an endorsement of leadership that represses its own citizens. We urge the organizers to exclude Macky Sall from the conference. By doing so, you will demonstrate a commitment to justice and accountability, fostering a more meaningful dialogue about Africa’s future. Sincerely, Oumoul Diallo ( Petitioner) Please add your name to this petition to support our request: Thank you for your support!2,661 of 3,000 SignaturesCreated by Oumou Diallo

FBI Help Me Find My Grandson's KillerOctober, 2007 - An 18 year old man is shot and killed in cold blood in the streets of an Indianapolis, Indiana neighborhood. February, 2012 - A 17 year old man is shot and killed while walking through his neighborhood in Sanford, Florida. July, 2012 - A 24 year old man entered the back door of a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado, and shot and killed 12 people, severely injuring 30 others. What these three crimes have in common is they are all acts of senseless violence. The difference between them is that two received National News attention while the other received only a mention on the local News Channel. What's more glaring, is that two of the crimes were solved almost immediately, while the other is considered a "Cold Case" and to this day has not been solved. It has simply been boxed up, set aside and forgotten. Indianapolis has been riddled with corruption. This year alone, the police chief, the deputy police chief, the public safety director, and others have been implicated in corruption. The people of Indianapolis deserve better. We deserve justice! The young man who was murdered in October, 2007 was my Grandson, Tony Curtis Drake. Tony was 18 years old when he was gunned down in the parking lot of an apartment building in Indianapolis. Tony was not a celebrity or from a family of financial means. He was a young man, struggling to find himself. More importantly, he was a very beloved member of our family who was looking forward the birth of his beautiful daughter. I am begging you -- as a Grandmother, Mother, and as an American -- please re-open Tony Curtis Drake's investigation and re-activate the search for his killer. He deserves rest. And we, his family, deserve justice! Too many murders are committed in the Black Community in Indianapolis. It's no secret that the police pay little or no attention. I won't allow this to be the case with my Grandson. I am calling on my friends, on every American, to help me bring justice to the murder of my Grandson, Tony Curtis Drake. "Equal Justice Under the Law" should truly mean just that. Please find the murderer of Tony Curtis Drake and give my family peace.3,378 of 4,000 SignaturesCreated by Rosalyn White

Declaration of AccountabilityPlease take a moment and look at the petition called "Declaration of Accountability", located on the following web page: https://c.org/Q8dvZgQjy5 I know things are crazy with the government shutdown and everyone is busy trying to figure out how to solve the issues. Hopefully the midterms will bring in some good allies to help. I was comparing the 2025 presidential administration to the colonists Declaration of Independence and found some alarming similarities. The Trump administration has checked off all the grievances the colonists had with George the III, the similarities are frightening. As we at least have representatives and freedom of speech, unlike the colonists, I am attempting my due diligence to reach out for support and hopefully find some allies to help us get our democracy back from tyranny. Please share this with other people who share our love for democracy. We must have accountability and oversight to keep our checks and balances. Congress, along with all other elected officials and the military, swore an oath to protect and defend the constitution. This petition is a reminder of that oath.62 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Brian Lajda

Justice for Zy'Keithean BridgersOn January 11, 2000, my son's (Zy'Keithean Bridgers) health began to fail at Pitt Memorial hospital and my concerns were disregarded, leading to his death on January 12, 2000. For sixteen years this particular hospital has been trying to cover it up and I've been met with so much resistance in getting justice. Under the statute of repose law, because I was a minor when I gave birth, I still have grounds to pursue this case, but for reasons that we all know, no one wants to get in the fight against this hospital. My human, as well as civil rights, were violated, resulting in the death of my only child. This is the reason for my starting a petition.67 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Sandy Archer

He Used a Rifle to Shoot a Climate Change Bill. Don't Make Him Leader of Senate Energy & Natural ...Joe Manchin's pro-fossil fuel stance should disqualify him as a candidate for ranking member of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources committee. The IPCC tells us we have 12 years left to address climate change. The U.S. Climate Assessment concurred and described the profound impacts we can expect if we fail to act. On December 5th, we learned from the Global Carbon Project's report that carbon emissions increased by 1.6% in 2017 and are projected to increase 2.7% in 2018. We need climate champions in leadership positions, not politicians who have spent their careers in the pocket of the fossil fuel industry. Do not put Joe Manchin in this important role.1,900 of 2,000 SignaturesCreated by Karen Feridun

Lie and Get FinedIf any candidate for any local, state, or federal office, any member of Congress, any lobbyist, or any media figure is caught in a lie, a fine will be levied. Comedians are exempt from this policy, since jokes are exaggerations to elicit laughter. First offense--$1000. Second offense--$5000. Third offense $10,000...and so on. (These rates are negotiable of course). The money will be donated to whatever agency or person is most detrimentally affected by the lie. A non- or bi-partisan watch group of 12 will be elected from a field of citizens who are willing to donate their time for 1 year. A website will be created to receive, verify, and publish their findings. All public forms of communication will broadcast these findings to assure the guilty parties will pay their fines.4 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Barbara Barnett
