The Community of Oak Trail Shores is seeking help from The Public Utilities Commission for the following issues regarding Southwest Water: 1. We receive high bills with no explanation to why the increase. Our bills keep fluctuating even though water usage hasn't changed. We would like to know why. 2. Water quality here in Oak Trail Shores is bad. We cannot drink or cook with the water without it being properly filtered first. We would like to have clean water. 3. We call the water company and get no callbacks when asking for an investigation into an issue. We would like to recieve better communication from SouthWest Water. 4. Certain households are receiving rate increase protest packets while most do not. 5. Water gets turned off for repair without notice of when it will happen or when it will be turned back on. Also, boil water notices never get sent out we only recieve canceled notices. We would like to be notified for each.

1) To ban the further introduction and proliferation of Genetically Engineered and Modified Organisms into our Environments, Food Supply and Bodies. 2) To revoke all patents on life and on DNA genetic sequences. 3) To revoke the incorporating charters of and dismantle all corporations such as Monsanto, DuPont, Dow, Syngenta, BASF etc... that foist potentially hazardous, untested GMOs upon our unwitting citizenry. 4) To purge all governmental agencies and regulatory bodies of all lobbyists, agents, infiltrators and minions who have ever served the interests of the aforementioned specious corporations. 5) To appoint an INDEPENDENT commission to document, study and track the long and short term effects over the past 30 years of GMOs upon our land and populations. 6) To remediate and reverse any adverse effects that GMOs may have upon our Land and Bodies. 7) To rehabilitate and restore to their original owners, the farming enterprises that have been attacked by GMO patent holders. 8) To charge with Sedition, Treason and Terrorism any Corporation or person who allows GMOs into the biosphere.

Governor Martinez and New Mexico Game Commission, We, the undersigned, respectfully and urgently request that you: 1. Reverse the New Mexico Game Commission’s 5/7/2015 decision not to renew a permit for the Ladder Ranch to assist with recovery of state- and federally-protected Mexican gray wolves through providing secure holding pens for wolves en route to or from the wild; 2. Ensure the Game Commission rescind its rule promulgated on 11/13/14 which requires, for the first time, Commission approval for permits allowing private facilities to assist in recovery and reintroduction programs for mammalian carnivores; 3. Request of the Game Commission and NM Department of Game and Fish that they act as good faith partners in the reintroduction of these endangered wolves, including by granting U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service permits to release wolves in New Mexico, and cease misguided efforts to undermine the Mexican gray wolf program; and 4. Put an end to state persecution of large carnivores, including proposals to allow cruel trapping of cougars and to expand bear hunting in New Mexico.
