    We are opposed to sections 11 and 12 of HB 2387 and SB 2249 that will remove Licensed Massage Therapist into the department of commerce and insurance instead of keeping them in the TN Department of Health where they belong. Massage Therapist have battled getting away from the "parlor" for years and continue to move forward in their profession as well as integrate with other health care professionals. Please stop the proposed change and leave TN Licensed Massage Therapist with the Tennessee Department of Health.
