California courts overturn grant deed due to fraud as a result of First American Title Co. employee with holding my judgment against her father. Court awards me the home and Wells Fargo could've collected from title co. but instead took it out on me.

PS 287 and neighboring schools have been haunted by the loss of a small child. The schools are located near commercial traffic in Downtown Brooklyn. Traffic is often heavy and moving rapidly. The schools need speed bumps in place to slow down traffic. A few signs would be beneficial also such as "School Zone". We can't afford another tragic loss before taking action.

We now know through Richard Fine, the Sturgeon Case and SBX-211 of the corruption in our Superior Courts in California. Now, recently, the Federal 9th Circuit Court has stated the corruption of the A.G. and D.A.'s. The State Auditor has shown the corruption all the way to the Supreme Court and in Orange County in a plead guilty of 8 people the D.A. was just kicked out of the case for corruption. What does it take.

We ask Congress to propose an Amendment to the US Constitution limiting big money in politics by (1) allowing only voting age Citizens to make political contributions or expenditures, and (2) limiting the combined amount of an individual's contributions and expenditures to a sum that can be afforded by a supermajority of Citizens.

The needs and politics of the New York City area are different than the remainder of the state. Each division of New York State will be better represented when New York becomes two states.

Currently there is no feasible animal control for the rural areas of Jones County Mississippi. The shelter in Laurel is always filled to capacity, if a stray animal shows up Jones County residents are on their own. Animals have to be taken to a shelter the next county over and an extra fee has to be paid due to the animal being from Jones County. If the animal is feral the sheriff department has to take care of it, usually by putting the animal down. We need better animal control in Jones County, and access to an animal warden trained in the removal of dangerous animals.

Following the decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court made it VERY clear that they intend to undo the right to marry for millions of LGBTQ+ Americans. We call on the members of the United States Congress to swiftly pass legislation that guarantees and protects the rights of LGBTQ+ Americans and the right to marry.

The opposition to same-sex marriage claims that marriage is between a man and a woman for the purpose of creating and/or raising a family. Therefore, they must oppose marriage between a man and a woman who are unable to, choose not to, or are too old to raise a family. The point is, they will never demand that, and as a result they are being highly hypocritical. In order avoid being hypocritical. they must outlaw marriage between a man and a woman who are unable to, choose not to, or are too old to raise a family. Let's put this hypocricy before the courts, or at least make it a very public argument.

Congress should not require National Public Radio or the Public Broadcasting System to sell commercial advertising, as such a move would permit the incursion of corporate influence into the public broadcasting arena. In addition, Congress should not require the National Endowments for the Arts or Humanities to solicit funds from the nation's already stressed non-profit sector. These ideas, currently being proposed by Republican candidate, Mitt Romney, should be dismissed.
