Free up the Free Press: In order to re-establish the notion of a "free press" in the USA, we need to take ownership of our MainStreamMedia out of the hands of those who "pull the strings" behind the curtain of "corporate ownership"....and place the MSM in the holding/hands of "blind-trusts". Or continue to be spoon feed what has come to be called "fake news"! We desparately need access to the truth to be able to make informed decisions. And that is power that the current controllers refered to as the "power-elete" do not want us to have! Free up the Free Press!

New York City policemen and women do not have an ethics code. Professions serving the public need guidelines that the public understands to provide the basis for strong partnership between the public and the police. An ethics code would dignify the job of policeman/woman, provide the basis for mutual respect, and clarify the limits of conduct.

Atlanta Public Schools plans to have 10 fewer band teaching positions and eight fewer orchestra teaching positions at elementary schools when students return in August. Some APS band and orchestra teachers work at more than one school. The decision means students at some schools will likely return to class in August without the programs. APS spokesperson James Malone said early Tuesday afternoon it is not yet clear which schools will lose programs.

We, the constituents of Indiana, would like to have an opportunity to speak directly with our Democratic Senator Joe Donnelly and our Republican Senator Todd Young in a town-hall or other public meeting in our communities. The Grigsbys have filed a federal lawsuit against Barksdale Federal Credit Union, The Lake Pointe Place Homeowners Association and various members of those two organizations. The Gribsbys are black. In their law suit they allege the defendants conspired to discriminate against them because of their race. They allege actions by the defendants ruined the credit of Mark Grigsby. While he built a home now appraised at $900,000, he can't borrow $l,000 for a piece of furniture nor can he get any financial institution to give him a permanent loan. BFCU found him sound as a borrower when they signed a $388,000 construction loan. Two days later after the homeowners group began calling, they called Mr. Grigsby and his general contractor into their offices and made them sign a new "collateral agreement" changing the terms of the original. That was wrong.

Mr. Roberts a teacher with tenure at New Madrid County Middle School called my 11 year old son fat and idiotic and only gets reprimanded and sent home for a day. This is not the first time he has been accused of bullying children. I think he should be fired and should apologize to my son publicly!
