Washington and Wall Street have violated fundamental legal principles relating to money, credit, trust and confidence in banking that are 4,000 years old. Washington and Wall Street have breached the legal duties and standards of care governing money and banking that are nearly 2,000 years old. These violations caused the financial crisis. These same legal principles, duties, standards of care and laws exist today and may be enforced by the United States Department of Justice. These legal principles, duties and standards of care are so important, they are firmly enshrined in ancient Anglo-American common law, the United States Constitution and in United States federal statutory civil and criminal law. The Department of Justice has failed and refused to enforce the American rule of law. These legal principles, duties and standards of care are so important that they may be enforced by the private legal action of the American people. These legal principles, duties and standards of care are so important that federal law provides for the recovery of treble damages by the American people. According to the government, Americans’ financial damages exceed $10 trillion. Globally, peoples’ financial damages exceed $40 trillion. Human suffering is inestimable and untold. One individual, acting alone, cannot bear the burden of the American public’s obligation to protect the people through legal enforcement of these fundamental principles and laws. MoveOn can, and I petition MoveOn, including its officers, principals and financial supporters, to mobilize the American public and assemble a war chest, dedicate its staff, organization and membership sufficient to take on the entrenched interests in Washington and Wall Street. MoveOn can, and I petition MoveOn to add its efforts and resources to well-informed and dedicated professional leadership to enable the American people to take action under the American rule of law to recover their damages; penalize wrongdoing by Washington and Wall Street; provide incentives to changed conduct; and deter further wrongdoing and damage to the American public by Washington and Wall Street. Office of Management and Budget – Office of Statistical Policy and Standards U.S. Census Bureau – Director Robert Santos We, the undersigned, demand the recognition of “Reclassified Original American” or “Soulaan” as a distinct ethnic and national origin classification in the U.S. Census and federal data standards. The current category “Black or African American” erases the identity and legal history of millions who do not descend from African immigrants, but from people whose original tribal, national, and noble identities were stripped by colonial law, Catholic decrees, slavery, and Jim Crow-era classification systems. “The terms “Black” and “African American” are not only inaccurate—they are politically dangerous and should be erased from the U.S. Census. These categories do nothing to distinguish between: • Reclassified Indigenous Americans, Black Europeans, and Aboriginal lineages   — versus — • Recent African and Caribbean immigrants who voluntarily chose U.S. citizenship Lumping these distinct groups into one checkbox erases history, distorts data, and undermines rightful claims to land, lineage, and reparations. By collapsing two entirely different people into one label, the U.S. Census: • Erases the unique history of American-born descendants of reclassified nations and POW’s • Falsely inflates political numbers with immigrant populations who do not share our struggle • Undermines reparations, restoration, and land claims for those who were colonized here — not brought here The following:         •  Descendants of enslaved American Indians (POWs)         •Reclassified American Indians/Soulaan removed from tribal rolls         •Indigenous Europeans, Pacific Islanders, and Asians reclassified as “Black”        •Free People of Color who were stripped of their sovereign identity and status Many of us were originally classified as Indian, European, or Free National, but were forcibly renamed “Negro” or “Colored” after the Catholic Church outlawed Indian slavery. To continue exploiting us, colonists simply changed our label — creating a paper genocide that lasted through the 20th century. Under Jim Crow, laws like the Racial Integrity Act of 1924 and policies from officials like Walter Plecker and Naomi Drake legally destroyed our tribal and national records, denying us land, treaties, and access to reparations. This was not assimilation — this was erasure. We are not African immigrants. We are not a generic race.

Presidents swear to defend the US Constitution, yet the George W. Bush administration created the Patriot Act, which blatantly destroys our right to privacy and due process of law. President Obama had the opportunity to let this document die, but instead revived it. The following is the Constitutional amendment to protect us from this action; - Amendment IV (Privacy of the Person and Possessions) The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.- This amendment, and many other aspects of constitutional law, have been violated by the very persons who are sworn to defend those very precious freedoms, from the document that is the very definition of this nation. We, the signers of this petition, believe that we can no longer trust the federal government to defend the constitution, nor any president to take his oath seriously. We therefore declare that we, the people of the State of Oregon, denounce the Patriot Act, and by such action make it illegal for any federal, state or local officers to move against any Oregon citizen under the cloak of the Patriot Act.

When we won our independence from the British, the people wanted to make George Washington king of America. He refused and created the Presidency and declined to run for a third term. But, after President Franklin Delano Roosevelt ran for four terms, the 22nd Amendment limited any future Presidents from serving more than two terms. We need to create a new amendment for the other high-ranking offices of the government. Some Congressmen spend their entire lives in their position being re-elected over and over again until they die. We do not need our leaders wheel-chaired into office everyday. We do not need their ideals from an outdated philosophy that they adopted in their youth decades ago. Prejudice, corruption, and religious discrimination are not a part of our government. We need new blood, fresh faces, modern ideals in our government and that is why this petition suggests that all positions held in higher levels of government be limited to two terms only. There is no reason that Congress not be held to the same standards as the President. Please sign this petition and pass it on to all your friends.
