  • Fox News Must Fire Brian Kilmeade Now
On September 10th, 2025, Co-Host of Fox and Friends Brian Kilmeade called for the killing of the unhoused by “involuntary lethal injection”. Here is the full transcript: LAWRENCE JONES (FOX HOST):  We don't have to — we feel so compassionate because you see the mental health crisis happening. AINSLEY EARHARDT (FOX HOST): You just get — exactly. JONES  But it's not our job — we shouldn't have to live in fear while they figure out what is going on right there. EARHARDT: Right, right. JONES: Put him in a mental institution, put him in a jail, and you guys figure it out. But people having to duck and dive on the trains and the buses, walking through the street, this is one case, but this is happening all across the country, and it's not a money issue. They have given billions of dollars to mental health and the homeless population. A lot of them don't want to take the programs, a lot of them don't want to get the help that is necessary. You can't give them a choice. Either you take the resources that we're going to give you and — or you decide that you are going to be locked up in jail. That's the way it has to be now. BRIAN KILMEADE (FOX HOST): Or involuntary lethal injection. JONES: Yeah. KILMEADE : Or something. Just kill them. EARHARDT: Yeah, Brian, why did it have to get to this point? This hateful and dangerous suggestion is inexcusable. Kilmeade must be fired immediately. Please do the right thing and terminate his employment with Fox.

  • Demand Justice! Actual Innocence in New Orleans Murder!
I am Jeremy Jones #365876, Louisiana State Penitentiary, Ash 1, Angola, LA. 70712, and I was convicted of second degree murder in Orleans Parish Docket # 419-861, State of Louisiana. I was convicted of murder 14+ years ago on circumstantial evidence. Now that I have proof of my innocence, the state refuses to listen or investigate the facts denying due process. I am starting this petition to get the facts of my friend TJ Emfingers murder, for which I am convicted. TJ's family deserves to know the truth. We need to get this case opened and prosecute the actual shooter in the death of TJ. I was convicted on circumstantial evidence only. I was refused my right to testify by defense counsel, as well as countless errors by defense counsel. Not to mention my defense counsel became an Assistant Prosecutor weeks after my trial. The district attorney and assistant district attorney refuse to open the case, interview new witnesses, or hear my case of innocence. Although they know I have several witnesses to prove who the shooter is. It took 8-14 years to locate these witnesses, after hiring a private detective. The state refused to hear the merits of their statements due to procedural bars thrown at me from the District Attorney’s office & Court.

  • Tell Vanguard’s new CEO it’s time to lead on climate
Dear Mr. Salim Ramji, CC: members of Vanguard’s Board of Directors  Welcome to the Vanguard team. I am writing to express my sincere hope that you will use your leadership at Vanguard to steer the company in new and strategic directions. In particular, I strongly encourage you to take seriously the task of adopting new and better strategies to manage and mitigate the multifaceted risks that climate change poses to our portfolios, in order to protect the funds I’ve entrusted to you and Vanguard’s future.   Climate change poses a growing threat to my retirement savings and millions of your other current and future clients. Leading global financial institutions, including Vanguard, have forecasted unprecedented impacts to the global economy from climate change, with cumulative losses to the global economy modeled as high as 25% by mid-century. Many of the world’s largest pension funds have acknowledged that failure to address climate change will “threaten investors’ long-term ability to sustain value and generate ongoing returns for their beneficiaries over decades.” John Galloway, Vanguard’s Global Head of Investment Stewardship, has himself expressed, “Climate change represents a profound, fundamental risk to investors’ long-term success.”   However, Vanguard has fallen far behind in terms of managing and mitigating systemic risks, like climate change, which threaten overall market performance. Vanguard prides itself on its index investing strategy, which has helped clients like me access more affordable investment vehicles. It’s a strategy that applies to 80% of the client assets managed by Vanguard. By their very nature, index funds are long-term investments that are broadly diversified to “capture the return that the market provides,” characteristics which make index fund investments disproportionately exposed to the systemic risks of climate change. Because of this, my diversified investments with Vanguard are especially exposed to climate risks, and I am concerned that failure to mitigate these risks will have damaging consequences for my long-term savings.  As one of the world’s largest asset managers, Vanguard is well positioned to be at the vanguard of investors responsibly managing for – and working to mitigate – systemic risks. Through proxy voting, corporate engagement, fund offerings, and working with clients to shift their investment strategies, Vanguard can make necessary changes to its investment and stewardship approaches to mitigate growing systemic risks and protect its clients’ investments.  Undertaking these changes requires reckoning with the fact that the systemic risks posed by climate change (and other systemic risks, like biodiversity loss, artificial intelligence, and economic inequality) are unprecedented and, whether directly or indirectly, will have escalating consequences for all financial market actors.  Meeting the challenges of the 21st century requires moving away from 20th century thinking about investment risk management; it requires understanding the risks that climate change poses to both individual companies and portfolios as a whole, having a strategy to manage and mitigate those risks in long-term and passively managed funds, developing a vision to navigate a set of new and evolving risks, and having a team that is eager and able to meet these challenges. As a fiduciary, it is your duty to steward your clients’ investments – including my investments – responsibly. Failing to do what is in your control to mitigate risks to your clients’ assets is arguably a violation of your legal obligations. As many others clients before me, I am voicing my concern of Vanguard’s failure to do this under Tim Buckley’s tenure, and my hope that as the new CEO, you will take action to help safeguard my financial future.  I urge you to steer Vanguard in a new direction, and put climate risk at the forefront of Vanguard’s risk management strategies.  Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.

  • Tax single use plastic bags in Newport News
Dear Mr. Bobby Scott, I am writing to you on the concern about the ever-increasing usage and accumulation of plastic bags in our city. Plastic pollution is a serious issue that the whole world faces. Plastic never decomposes, instead breaking down into smaller pieces harming the oceans, wildlife, and environment. More than one million plastic bags are used each minute, and only 9% of it is recycled. It is clogging our rivers, choking animals, and even getting into the air we breathe. Clearly, plastic pollution is a problem that needs immediate addressing. Some cities, states, and even countries, have already started the work of becoming more sustainable with their use of plastic. Our city, Newport News, can lead as an example along with other Virginia cities on the right path of sustainability. Several cities in Virginia, such as Fairfax, Alexandria, and Roanoke, as well as some countries such as Canada, Australia, France, Germany, and more, have imposed a tax on single use plastic bags in order to limit mass production and waste. This tax would likely be a more effective and less drastic solution to waste than a band of plastic bags. The tax in Virginian cities is currently 5 cents per plastic bag. Adjusting to this tax would take little time yet have a huge impact. Many cities and states have already adopted this law, and it is time for Newport News to follow suit. Newport News could be a leading city to bring change to the US. A tax on plastic bags would benefit the environment greatly and make Newport News a prettier city. Please take time to consider this proposal and make this a new law in Newport News. Thank you. Sincerely,

  • Allow New England to secede from the United States
New England voted unilaterally against Donald J. Trump and is currently the only region not plagued by hate crimes and bigotry in the wake of Trump's presidential win. Given the mutual animosity and clear difference in culture, secession, sadly, feels appropriate.
