We the people of the State of Florida in order to form a working election system demand that our elected representatives begin anew to develop of voting system second to none in this United States of America. The old one must be completely dismantled and a new shall be brought to the electorate prior to the 2014 elections. The new system must: 1) Ensure every eligible voter in the state an opportunity to vote. 2) Ensure every eligible voter is given one specific place to cast their ballot. 3) Ensure that voting places be devoid of any political propaganda, including so-called "poll watchers" 4) Ensure that every eligible voter does not face an undue burden such as long lines, confusing or misleading ballots, and/or contradictory information regarding times and places for voting 5) Ensure that every voter has the opportunity to vote via e-mail, cell phone, or any other device that may come along so long as such voting can be conducted with the same amount of integrity as voting in person. 6) Ensure that every voter is made aware that their vote was indeed counted, 7) Ensure that elected officials are never allowed to unduly insert themselves into the process by suppressing the vote in any way, shape or form.

With the prevalence of huge security breaches, the social security numbers of many Americans are now available on the black market. With the Anthem breach, even children's info was stolen. Since Social Security numbers are valid for the holder's lifetime, threat actors can purchase this information now and use it any time in the future. Imagine your 7 year old trying to open a checking account when she turns 18, only to find that her social security number has been used by someone else for years. She would have to handle that identity theft issue before she could move forward with any financial activities. There is a solution. The Social Security Administration can establish a system that issues new numbers to people whose personal information has been compromised. From that point forward, the old number would not be valid for new transactions. All of a sudden, all of that stolen info becomes useless. We are protected, and the thieves have less incentive to steal this information in the first place. We encourage Congress to address this issue and direct the Social Security Administration to develop a Compromised Social Security Number Replacement Program immediately.

Formal Requests: 1. If travelers are unable to get tested within 72 hours of flying or refuse, they should be transported (from the airport) to a supervised island specific facility, that is designated only for COVID19 quarantine use. They shall remain there until they have been tested or completed the 14 day mandatory quarantine. 2. To help prevent further spread by those who may be exposed to COVID19 during travel, the residents of Hawaii recommend that travelers be required to do a second test and temperature check at a chosen time between their 4th to 7th day after arrival. 3. Required a mandatory 14 day quarantine for anyone traveling from a “hotspot”. In some areas of the country, COVID-19 has been increasing at an alarming rate. Other states such as New York, New Jersey and Connecticut are already taking action to mandate quarantine from “hotspot” locations. Hotspots can be determined by evaluating outbreaks on a weekly basis. A weekly public report can then be provided. The state can let us know weekly what areas are currently considered “hotspots” (and would require mandatory quarantine). If a traveler permanently resides in Hawaii and test negative then they may complete the quarantine at their home.

Dear Mr. Russo and Mr. Cotto, My name is Tara. I’m starting this petition on behalf of our future generations. Children of families, including my own, and loved ones that attend the Schenectady city school districts. From my understanding,  the kids will not be allowed to have their cell phones at school. Therefore, some other types of safety measures need to be installed to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our children while school is in session. This should be a first and foremost number one priority.
