DSI Renal is a national, for-profit Dialysis provider. DSI is one of the only in the industry that does not extend domestic partner benefits to employees who live in states that do not require them to do so. Same sex couples, unmarried couples, and those with same sex or common law marriages from states other than the one they live and work in are not allowed to extend their medical benefits to the people they have chosen to love and spend their lives with if their state does not offer them that protection. We ask that DSI choose to allow these employees to cover their families regardless of state law saying they have to do so by seeking out and offering more inclusive insurance plans. Lack of requirement by law does not take away your obligation to have compassion for your employees.

These body scanners are likely to be highly intrusive showing the outline of people’s private parts and the alternative option is to have a pat-down of these private parts by a TSA agent. It is an unreasonable restriction and a violation to the Fourth Amendment -a violation to basic human rights.
