We, the petitioners request that the Congress stand up for the Congressional Apportionment Amendment and ask that the Department of Commerce present the ratified Congressional Apportionment Amendment to Congress and take its place as the 28th amendment to the Constitution. Once that happens, we request the proper number of Representatives be seated in the House of Representatives per this amendment. Medicare Advantage Plans are a successful and insidious Republican scheme to privatize Medicare. Recently, the Obama administration increased subsidies to these private plans by 3.3% instead of decreasing them as proposed in the Affordable Care Act to make private insurers compete on an even playing field with standard Medicare. If you plan to receive Medicare as we know it, it is time to petition and write to the President, and Congress to stop the privatization of Medicare by eliminating Medicare Advantage Plan subsidies and level the playing field.

When Mitt Romney was vetted by John McCain in 2008 for Vice President, he showed tax returns dating back approximately 25 years and now that he's running for President he should show the American Voters the same amount of years in tax returns. We should know how he made his money and how much, how much is in those Swiss and Cayman Island banks and where he spent his money, his investments, and how much he's donated to Charity. Respect the American Voters then same way you showed respect to John McCain when he vetted you in 2008.

We the people of the United States demand that public policy be determined by the scientific facts, not by special interests. The science has established without doubt that climate change is being caused by human fossil fuel emissions. Years of inaction have raised the levels to beyond dangerous levels. We the people of the United States demand that the United States government act immediately reduce emissions until CO2 levels are below the maximum safe level of 350 ppm and have a plan in place to continue the reduction until the level reaches 300 ppm to re-establish a normal stable climate. We the people of the United States demand that all parties put their differences aside and focus on a common goal of protecting the best interests of the American people. These interests of the people outweigh the interests of special interests that currently fund the elected officials. It's gotten way too expensive to pay the rent in Metro Denver! And with a lot of landlords requiring an income of "3 times the rent", how is it possible for disabled, elderly, fixed-income, and low-income households to even secure a place to live in the first place? There are more and more homeless people here in Metro Denver now, and winter is coming. We need more help and housing for everyone on a fixed income and for everyone who is homeless. There is still a global pandemic going on, and Colorado is still dealing with Covid-19 and the Delta variant.
