Stop parole of a killer.
In October 29, 1992, Raymond Culp of Lisbon, Ohio took Kandy Sue Brown-Van Dyke’s life. Early morning he went to her apartment and took her life as the cowardshot her while she hid behind a closed bathroom door. Come January, 2025, he becomes eligible for parole release AGAIN. Please take a moment and sign our petition to keep the killer behind bars for the rest of life.
Honestly, the system has failed us from day one. This man honestly should not have any chance at life. Our MOTHER, GRANDMOTHER, SISTER, FRIEND to many didn't get the chance. Our family is left to fight for her every 5 years and as long as she still has one of us to fight for her WE WILL. But we can't do this alone we need support from our communities, friends and family.
