The Incentive Direct Cash Income Supplement when you have a job & when you don't

We the people are petitioning NJ General Assembly & US Congress to fund & authorize The Incentive Direct Cash Income weekly supplement to meet the immediate needs of Individuals living in Jersey City who have experienced job loss, are having to accept lower wages, in between gig jobs or have been adversely affected by events related to covid-19 leading to long term unemployment whose benefits expired or those who do not qualify to participate in rent relief programs The Incentive Direct Cash Income will also give people a chance to escape the poverty trap and to close the wealth gap by considering the Incentive to be the Universal Basic Income for the United States.

It can help those who have already been displaced or evicted relocate avoid the shelter system or homelessness loss of all possessions & ID documents while employment workforce assimilation & integration is taking place.
This pandemic caused even greater economic hardships for those employed with no sick leave or paid time off compensation for taking months out of work to shelter in place.

Due to lack of work opportunity due to businesses and company's closing, tech integrations and job obsoleting reducing the need for employees, job competition, new college graduates, immigrant & migrant worker integration and unconditionally provides a weekly direct cash payment deposited on an unlimited reloadable Visa/Mastercard debit card, or on to an app with investment options. The Incentive will work for people who are pursuing upwards mobility when they have a job & when they don't.

The purpose is to increase the economic, value, and mobility of every citizen and become able to actually meet the rising cost of living through direct cash supplements that are not contingent on having employment, nor set according to a stagnant skillset that justifies consigning essential, gig, temporary, blue collar workers to low wage pay, or an earnings minimum.
