Town Of Union and Village of Endicott Water

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing issues with the sewer drains and water supply in our community. Over the past several months,  many of my neighbors and I have experienced frequent instances of sewer drain overflows and subsequent flooding, which has caused significant disruption and damage to our properties. Additionally, the persistent problem of brown water in our taps raises serious concerns about the safety and quality of our water supply.

Despite the existing drainage infrastructure, it seems that it is either insufficient or not functioning correctly. I have personally observed that the storm drains appear to be clogged and even overflowing with water, clearly unable to handle the volume of water during these rain events. This situation has worsened over time, and it is now affecting the quality of life in our neighborhood. These issues affect the entire community, and I believe it is imperative that we address them promptly to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all residents. I appreciate your attention to these matters and look forward to hearing how the town board plans to resolve these ongoing concerns.
