Ban ICE From NY (and all states) Now!

The Trump Administration will continue to unlawfully interrogate, detain, arrest, deport, and imprison without due process, anyone who stands up to them, especially immigrants. This letter is not just "strongly worded," it lays out a direct order for actual enforcement that we want Governors to sign and give to Trump, telling him the federal government cannot illegally take away Constitutional rights on behalf of fascism. We must use the power and authority of the state, now while we still can, or these illegal kidnappings will continue to become more commonplace.

This letter of enforcement we are putting on Governor Hochul's desk, was adapted from one used by Texas Governor, Greg Abbott, to successfully block federal officials from entering the Mexico-Texas border area in 2024. If Abbott can claim false constitutional grounds for banning the federal government from Texas, then we can use legitimate Constitutional claims to keep the Trump administration and ICE from illegally kidnapping people in states.
