As Matthew James, a red-state American and creator of the #BreakTheSystem petition on MoveOn.org, I represent thousands demanding an end to elite corruption that betrays our nation. House Democrats, Senate Democrats, Democratic Governors, and federal agencies must unite to dismantle a system where elites prioritize power over people. I urge bold, coordinated action to restore trust and justice.
First, the Trump-Putin Alaska summit betrayed our allies, excluding Ukraine while hinting at Arctic deals favoring Russia (NBC News, August 2025). Secretary Rubio, disclose all summit details by August 31, 2025. House and Senate Democrats, hold oversight hearings to expose concessions. Governors, pass state resolutions condemning foreign interference.
Second, Chinese-linked firms have stolen genetic data from 2.5 million Americans via health apps, risking surveillance or bioweapons (Cybernews, 2024). Director Easterly, launch a $10 million CISA audit of these apps by October 2025. House Democrats, introduce data privacy legislation. Senate Democrats, push oversight hearings. Governors, enact state-level app regulations.
Third, congressional stock trading erodes trust, with over 3,000 suspicious trades by lawmakers exploiting insider information (WSJ, 2022).
