COVID 19 Emergency Rent, Mortgage, Loan, Debt Stay
We, the American people, are asking for a stay of current bills (IE: Rent, mortgage, car payments and other financial loans, debts and/or late fees). At the very least for those whom are suffering adverse financial effects from the result of the current COVID 19 epidemic. Not asking for a “forgiveness” insinuating we will not have to pay, but rather be able to make up for said missed payments once all is back in order without fear of interest rates going up, late fees, evictions, repo. and so on. We are asking our government to protect us from prosecution in midst of this crisis, providing protections agains’t any adverse effects we may be subject to as a result of a epidemic, one which is not of our own doing.
Why is this important?
It’s imperative we protect the well being of the American people, whether that be physically, mentally and/or financially in this time of crises. A lot of families have been disrupted financially due to this crises being left without jobs, transportations, baby sitters, etc. hence making it a financial burden to meet their monthly bill requirements which can lead to emotional/mental distress from the fear of losing homes and possessions, not being able provide proper health to their family members due to not of their own fault. I think we can all agree it is should be the priority of the American people to protect the American people in this unknown times. Only together can we prevent from this crises from causing more than necessary hardships to out brothers and sisters.
Who will pay for this? As mentioned before we are not asking for a “forgiveness” but rather a law or guideline that protects us for the time being until all order can be restored to normal. And if necessary said financial institutions, lease holders, etc., can file for their own relief and be accommodated quicker as a corporation than a American as an individual.
