DEMAND INVESTIGATION INTO STABBING OF ANTWOINE BEALER

There needs to be a thorough investigation into the stabbing of Antwoine Bealer on October 4, 2024 at Salinas Valley State Prison.  Antwoine Bealer has been fighting a wrongful conviction for 20 years.  California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) has labeled him as a gang associate.  This is erroneous and they have no evidence to prove he has ever been in a gang because he hasn't.  CDCR has placed him in a dangerous situation with gang validation.  Since Antwoine has refused to be put in a cell with a gang member they have moved him 10 times since February 12, 2024.  When he refuses, they put him in Restricted Housing Unit.  However, on October 4th, a day after they transferred him to Salinas Valley State Prison he was stabbed 15 times.  He had never been to Salinas.  None of the inmates knew him.  So how was he stabbed 15 times in less than an hour after he was placed in the cell.  When he initially made it to Salinas the officer tried to put him in the cell, and he refused.  They assaulted him and hurt his back.  He was taken to the hospital.  After he was released, they took him to the cell in a wheelchair and dumped him on the floor. The cellmate attempted to kick him in his face while he was lying on the floor where the officers dumped him.  He was able to get outside the cell.  He was walking away, and three inmates came up behind him and stabbed him 15 times.  Why did these inmates stab him?  He did not know them, and they didn't know him.  We need to make sure the officers did not set the inmates up to do this.  Some officers at Salinas Valley State Prison have been known to set up inmates before. Hornik, Picazo conspired with an inmate "to commit the crime of assault with a deadly weapon or force likely to produce great bodily injury."
