FIGHT BACK AGAINST POLICE BRUTALITY AND MURDER

We need to have A National Conversation.
A conversation that will lead to legislation that will allow us as Citizens to LEGALLY INTERVENE if we are in the unthinkable position of witnessing police officers UNLAWFULLY BEATING or MURDERING someone right in front of us.
An Enhanced form of A Citizens Arrest.
As Citizens of any Race we should Not have to stand by and watch Helplessly while Anyone is Beaten or Murdered, just because the Murderer is wearing a police uniform.
I understand that one of the main concerns is fear of the public Citizens taking advantage and using it as an excuse to interfere with police officers engaging in their "Appointed Duties", which is to "PROTECT and SERVE".
What I am proposing is that rather than interference, we are entrusted as Citizens with the Right to INTERVENE when police officers are engaged in "UNLAWFUL Behaviors" behaviors that are Not their "Appointed Duties", such as Brutality and worse, outright Murder.
When a group of people witness police officers behaving "Unlawfully", we should "Legally" be allowed to band together, "Lawfully", and "Announce while on phone Camera video(s)" the intentions to "INTERVENE". If the police officer(s) are breaking the law.
By announcing this intention, it will be a WARNING, giving any other police officers present and involved, the opportunity to themselves disengage from the "Unlawful behavior", or attempt to stop their fellow officer(s) from engaging in the "Unlawful behavior".
If Good police officers are unwilling to participate in these Atrocities, and more importantly, are not fearful of other police officers retaliating against them - "The Blue Wall of Silence", then these Unlawful Behaviors will become less frequent, and possibly even STOP.
How we figure out the LAWFUL implementation of this ENHANCED CITIZENS ARREST, and how to deal with the issue of the Public's behavior, is a Secondary Issue, and needs to be discussed and figured out as part of The Conversation. It should not preempt the Main issue, which is that FIRST, WE as Citizens should be afforded the LEGAL RIGHT to INTERVENE.
That is the Goal, and the Police NEED to be a part of this "National Conversation".
Yes it will be a Long Hard fight, but so was the end of Slavery, Civil Rights, a Black President, and every important Change that has been for the betterment and Enrichment of mankind. Anything worthwhile will be difficult.
WE are Very Powerful when we Band Together.
