What needs to happen: We are calling on Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc, CEO Mark Zuckerberg, and Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger to take immediate and permanent action against the accounts @lucifer_the_bigboss and @nelly_2025.xoxo_ as well as any future accounts created by these individuals. These users have repeatedly engaged in grooming, supporting or promoting pedophilia, art theft, blackmail, bullying, harassment, and even mocking people’s illnesses as a form of abuse. Many of us in this community have reported these accounts numerous times yet our concerns continue to be ignored. Instead of protecting victims, Instagram’s moderation system has unfairly shadow-banned, restricted, or even deleted the accounts of those speaking out. This is unacceptable. We, the users, deserve a platform that values safety, accountability, and respect. No one should feel forced to go private, censor themselves, or leave the community entirely because Instagram refuses to take action against abusers.
We are asking Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc, CEO Mark Zuckerberg , and Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger to: Permanently ban the identified accounts and prevent their owners from creating new ones. Strengthen reporting and review systems to better protect victims of harassment and exploitation. Ensure fair moderation so that victims and whistleblowers are not punished for speaking out. We have faced this injustice for far too long months turning into years. It’s time for Instagram to do what’s right, protect its users, and rebuild the trust of the community it was meant to serve.

To everyone reading this petition, this message comes from a place of care, concern, and unity. It has become painfully clear that action must be taken. Instagram has not done enough to protect its users from harmful accounts such as @nelly_2025.xoxo_ and @lucifer_the_bigboss, among others, who have engaged in deeply troubling behavior including grooming, supporting or promoting pedophilia, art theft, forced shipping, bullying, and harassment.No one deserves to feel unsafe or violated in a community meant for creativity, expression, and connection. We, as users and members of this space, deserve to feel safe, respected, and heard.This petition is not driven by hate , it’s driven by the collective desire to protect one another and preserve the integrity of our community. We are saying, enough is enough. It’s time for Instagram to take a firm and lasting stand by permanently banning accounts that harm, exploit, and endanger others.
