Judge Purpura, Baltimore County Circuit court Family Law Corruption-violated my Civil rights
There is no way to adequately describe my position in a few words, so I will simplify by stating that I am in urgent need of assistance. There is enormous amount of corruption in my family law case.
The - is involved due to my ex bribing witnesses and compromised - officers and state - office. My ex has been able to make charges and child protective service charges go away.
My specially assigned judge, Judge Purpura, violated my constitutional rights, violated due process, and demonstrated blatant bias throughout the litigation. It was evident throughout the trial that Judge Purpura was biased in favor of the plaintiff. There is a long list of double standards.
Judge Purpura violated my constitutional rights by denying access to my Case and Chief.
Judge Purpura ignored the Maryland Rule of Evidence and allowed Father to present falsified evidence at numerous emergency hearings and trial. She allowed a video that was illegally obtained from my security camera to be played at trial.
She makes false allegations against me with no evidentiary support. She moved the Merits trial to the PL hearing against the BIA who stated doing so is not in the best interest of the minor children.The best interest attorney is on recording stating “this judge will never do what is in the best interest of the children”
I disputed this evidence multiple times, but in her denial of recusal, she stated that the evidence was never disputed.
During the final Merits hearing, Judge Purpura and Fathers counsel had numerous discussions of a video that had been produced and played at a previous emergency hearing. There was no video ever played or admitted into evidence.
A week before my Merits hearing, the best interest attorney was overheard informing another attorney the final outcome of my case. This was ignored by Judge Purpura.
Father employs 4 law firms, one of which is an interested party in this case. This is a conflict of interest she ignored.
Judge Purpura ignores basic rules of civil procedures when it comes to the litigation in this case i.e does not allow me proper time to file a response before ruling on a motion. She has ignored emergency motion about child endangerment however, answers Father motions right away. Every order they present to her is signed unconditionally. I have had off duty Baltimore county and Howard County police harass me, sit at my house, follow me and pull me over. My advocate has had these same officers sit outside of her house. i have had trackers put on my car, wires in my house, he has hacked into my security system and admitted under oath his IT department and his older children hacked into my social media and phone account.
I am very scared and concerned about the wellbeing of my children and do not know who to turn to or who to trust. Please help my children and I get justice.

Why is this important?
we can inform and outrage the public about judges’ abuse. This will make judicial corruption an issue at local and federal elections, and lead to nationally and state-wide televised public hearings thereon. We need to get our day in court and cause an outraged We the People to hold judges accountable.
