Oppose the Illegal, Anti-Worker SB231
Dear Senator,
Senate Bill 231 would punish employers for voluntarily recognizing unions/labor organizations. At a time when prices are still high and workers are recognizing the benefits of collective bargaining, this bill is a step in the wrong direction. It also likely violates federal labor law, and would lead to taxpayer money being spent on defending it in court. Stand with Alabama families, not the anti-worker special interests. Vote NO on SB231!

Why is this important?
