Legalize marijuana

Do you know, in Pennsylvania (and likely we are not alone), it is actually illegal for any government or police agency to keep a registry of firearms per 18 Pa.C.S. § 6111.4 (Registration of firearms)? Why can there not be a yearly registration and inspection process for gun ownership as there is for motor vehicles? Would it be wrong for licensed gun owners to produce their weapons yearly for proof that they are still in possession of the guns that are registered in their names? Could this yearly inspection also include an updated criminal and psychological background check? Would it be wrong to impose very stiff financial penalties to owners of a gun that can not be produced? And, if the gun can no longer be accounted for, can there be a requirement for the immediate recall of all other weapons issued to that owner and a loss of license.....leading to a warrant for arrest if this protocol is not followed? Might this help promote the secure storage of guns? None of this runs counter to 2nd amendment rights. None of this takes away the legal right to gun ownership. It only requires responsible ownership and accountability. Along with the need to put an immediate end to 40% of guns being sold without a background check, could we not do SOMETHING like this yearly inspection/registration process in order to put even a DENT in the number of guns that are making it into the hands of those who are not the registered owners? Could we save even one life?

Be it resolved, this new year of 2013, I will speak out about our leaders' failure to protect us and our children from gun violence. I hope you are ready to listen, starting January 1, 2013 on the National Mall.

WE, agree that -a NEW 21st Century W.P.A. ( Working Progress Adminstration), is needed and required to sustain our great nations' future vibrance. meaningful salaries and live-able wages, with restoring our national parks and heritage jewel sites, that have much need for rescue, Energy Climate change endeavors to Environmental remediation efforts,etc.-

Macy's, Bloomingdales, Lord & Taylors and Bergdorf Goodman all ran advertisements the day after the New York Post made the outrageous decision to publish a photo of a man who got struck by a train. Since these marketers think it's acceptable to advertise in a paper that aims to profit off an innocent man's death, let's make it clear that we don't.

In September the Chief Justice of the Italian Supreme Court, Ferdinando Impostimato, former Chief Investigative Judge for the country of Italy, referred 9/11 to the International Criminal Court at the Hague for investigation and trial. The judge KNOWS Bush-Cheney, the CIA and the Israeli MOSSAD did 9/11. In 2010 the state Democratic Party of Colorado passed a resolution calling 4 a citizen's investigation of 9/11 with full and complete subpoena powers. I am calling on Move On members to back these 2 Investigations so we can END this PERPETUAL State of WAR that we find ourselves IN.

These officials named above are using their good offices to suppress those who are not politically connected. They should stop intimidating teachers for political reasons. They use their positions to leverage their vendetta against teachers who are conscientiously doing their jobs. They have a hearing whose verdict is predetermined by the mayor and his principal cohorts. They should be stopped before they psychologically pass death sentences on innocent teachers, specifically me.
