Immediately release all video and audio footage related to the police shooting of Matthew Cardon, including body cam, dash cam, surveillance, and third-party video. Launch an independent investigation and pass legislation requiring mandatory release of fatal police encounter footage within 10 days.

Your contributions to advancing a multiracial populist agenda–uplifting the needs of hardworking Americans–have left a lasting mark on this country. Legislation is being proposed to over turn no fault divorce laws in Texas. Currently, fault-based divorces in Texas must fall into one of six categories: adultery, cruelty, abandonment and a felony conviction, living apart for at least three years or confinement to a mental hospital.

Allow outside agencies to assist the police departments of Saint Charles County and Saint Louis County to do Familial DNA testing, such as Ce Ce Moore and others who are willing to assist. It has been 25 years and 9-year-old Angie Housman's murder remains unsolved. With new DNA technology, the same DNA testing that got the Golden State Killer, Angie's killers or killers could be caught. It only takes one hit off of a family member from this DNA testing to narrow it down to the person who did this. Isn't 25 years long enough?

Tell your Senator to Pass the 'National Criminal Justice Commission Act (NCJCA)' now. This legislation would create a bipartisan Commission to review and identify effective criminal justice policies and make recommendations for reform. With families struggling, unemployment skyrocketing and major budget cuts happening in education and social service programs, America can no longer afford to pay more than $200 billion dollars a year on incarceration. Last year, the legislation came very close to passage after having passed the House of Representatives and the Senate’s Judiciary Committee. I hope you will help us go all the way this Congress.
