Sedona: Protect Workers from COVID-19
Close businesses or at least allow any worker who wants to protect themselves, their family, and community from COVID-19 to take paid leave. Use the full power of the city government to protect workers during this crisis. Pressure the state government if their action or approval or resources are necessary to protect Sedona’s workers who don’t currently have the choice to work from home.
Why is this important?
Protecting yourself from a pandemic shouldn’t depend on where you live or the kind of job you have. We have the resources to help everybody through this crisis. All leaders need to step up and do what they can NOW. Don’t wait for others to lead. Do what YOU can do NOW.
