Duty to Warn Validated
The conclusion is inescapable. Donald Trump is NOT going to change. So many books have been written including those by mental health professionals who believe that Duty to Warn is warranted by the myriad observations of his behavior that make it obvious his mental health issues will not yield to rational thinking. Therefore it is necessary to invoke the 25th Amendment to the Constitution and remove the President from office.
