We request stricter psychological screening tests in place for all background checks. Assault weapons should be banned.

People driving with headlights off are harder to see, and make driving more dangerous. Please change the laws in New Jersey governing the use of headlights to a very simple "Car Moving, Lights On" rule with no exceptions.

The people of NY will leave the management and control of NY State's big game, small game, game bird and varmint populations to the State alone. Hunters should sit out each NY State hunting season until Cuomo's new law is repealed and replaced with a more logical, more effective and more important one based on research, testing, and input from those most affected.

We Need to Legalize Medicinal Marijuana, hemp producion and Decriminalize Small Amounts of Marijuana under a 1/2 ounce in N.Y. Many people would benefit from the medicinal properties of marijuana. There are over 700,000 marijuana arrests made in this country costing billions for incarceration. Decriminalization of amounts of 1/2 ounce and under would greatly reduce prison over crowding and the costs that go with it. Re-legalizing hemp production would be a great financial boom to N.Y. farmers and hemp product producers because hemp production has not been legalized any where else in the U,S, Hemp currently all hemp products made in the U.S. is from hemp shipped from Canada. Hemp production was mandatory by law in the first 13 colonies because rope, oil and textiles were in great demand and still are. there is even a historical land mark on north creek rd. in Palmyra, N.Y. which is a field where hemp was grown..So please pass these laws to make N.Y. thrive from all the benefits of legalizing hemp production and medicinal marijuana and the decriminalizing of small amounts of marijuana.Thank you on behalf of me William English and my fellow petitioners.

The Cuomo administration's proposed regulations (High Volume Hydraulic Fracturing-Revised Proposed Regs, ID No. ENV-39-11-00020-RP) will make fracking beneficial for New Yorkers. Current Fracking best processes and proposed regulations make the extraction of natural gas by Fracking a substantially safe process, and I urge this administration to lift the ban.

Students should have a choice to receive a local diploma or a Regents diploma. NYS is taking away their right to choose.

The $3.9 billion approved by the Legislature for school facility work was to ensure that every student in New Jersey would attend school in a safe and healthy learning environment. The Schools Development Authority works under your direction, and we therefore send this letter to ask for your immediate attention to our children and the schools they attend.

Stop the proposed closure of Greater Binghamton Health Center (GBHC)'s child/adolescent and adult inpatient mental health units. GBHC has provided services to Broome County individuals and families for the past 200+ years and ranks highly in the state for child and adolescent treatment services.

Fracking cannot reduce dangerous carbon emissions because minor leakages in the natural gas harvested result in enormous atmospheric contamination. Furthermore fracking contaminates millions of gallons of water with chemicals that are undisclosed to the EPA. Instead we should move immediately to developing renewable wind, solar and hydroelectric energy, which are much needed for present and future generations.

NYC must insist to state government that we won't let communities and our environment get torn apart by fracking. Everyone has the right to clean air, water and a safe environment. Albany, stop selling our health: It won't be worth it.
