We demand that the Chair and Vice-Chair add the following items to the agenda for the Thursday, Feb 25th Meeting. 1. Public Comment- Stop silencing the voices of the public. 2. School Reopening- The role of the board is to provide oversight to the school system. How will that happen if the board is not even going to hear the Reopening plan? 3. Reimagining Safety- The board is poised to adopt several recommendations from advocates and the county’s Police Reform Work 4. Group to make our schools safe, and work to dismantle the school-to- prison pipeline. 5. Equity Hubs- Virtual Learning is not working for our most vulnerable students. We want equity hubs like every other county in Maryland for our students! 6. Legislative Advocacy - Our policy committee has recommended several positions for the Board to take on state bills that directly impact our students and families. 7. Climate Action Change 8. Literacy Work Group

Allow license beauty professionals in the state of Indiana to perform their services one client at a time per stylist no more than 5 in the salon at the same time as of Tuesday April 21st ,2020 All necessary precautions and sanitation protocols approved by the state, health department and board of cosmetology Which we have always followed because you have never seen an outbreak or lice, scabies or ringworm due to a stylist. We know our sanitation our industry needs to be deemed essential so we can serve our community Servicing one client at a time wearing gloves and masked and neck strips or new capes on every client poses little or no risk of spreading virus Let’s compare this to way to many in a grocery store, hardware store or liquor store or in a Subway getting their sandwich made or all the manufacturing in our state still working and not practicing social distancing

Until the the University of Florida meets our demands, the undersigned will be taking the following actions in protest: - Halting any charitable alumni donations to UF or UF-associated foundations - Boycott wearing any "Gator-Gear," including UF sports teams or any items with the UF insignias - Boycott all UF sports teams, including ticket sales, streaming, and attendance - Boycott PepsiCo products, including Gatorade brand beverages Our Demands: 1. Stop in-person, face-to-face classes at the University of Florida immediately 2. Provide/ensure hazard pay for any employees required to work on campus 3. Approve all employee ADA accommodation requests 4. Remove the "tattle button" from the UF GatorSafe app 5. Stop all intimidation tactics against employees who disagree with spring semester format 6. Secure and distribute vaccinations to all employees before returning to an in-person semester format

Let's join together to tell our union we have waited far too long with no significant progress to show for 5 years of contract negotiations. As our bag straps say, "Time's Up, Pay Up". With no real momentum to resolve our current unfair and outdated contract, we need to stand up and do something. It is becoming clear that we, as Flight Attendants, are not a priority, so it is time to make our voices heard. Together, we can sign this petition requesting our union to: • Request release from mediation • Authorize a strike vote for the Flight Attendant group. We deserve an industry-standard contract. We have been patient while the months and years go by and the company continues falling severely behind in our terms and compensation compared to every other airline in ULCC. We can make changes if we stand strong together!

The Payne County District Attorney must: 1. Publicly review why youthful-offender status was granted in the Jesse Butler case despite multiple rape and assault charges, and release an explanation to the community. 2. Commit to a written policy that youthful-offender status will not be offered in any future cases involving rape, rape by instrumentation, drug-facilitated sexual assault, forcible sodomy, strangulation, or multiple victims. 3. Advocate for reform of Oklahoma’s Youthful Offender Act to close this loophole statewide. 4. Provide transparency and oversight by publishing annual data on all youthful-offender sexual-assault cases in Payne County. 5. Center survivors — require victim consultation before any plea or classification decision in violent sexual-assault cases. These are clear, achievable actions that restore public trust and keep survivors safe. Stillwater and Payne County deserve real accountability — not leniency for violent sexual crimes.

In light of the very real national security risk they have caused, and in order to restore faith in the trustworthiness of the US in international negotiations, we demand that the 47 members of Congress who wrote and signed the recent letter to the Iranian government be punished by immediate expulsion from Congress under Article 1, Section 5, clause 2 of the Constitution, according to the Congressional Research Service: "A Member of Congress may be removed from office before the normal expiration of his or her constitutional term by an “expulsion” from the Senate (if a Senator) or from the House of Representatives (if a Representative) upon a formal vote on a resolution agreed to by two-thirds of the Members of that body present and voting. While there are no specific grounds for an expulsion expressed in the Constitution, expulsion actions in both the House and the Senate have generally concerned cases of perceived disloyalty to the United States, or the conviction of a criminal statutory offense which involved abuse of one’s official position."
