My name is Dr. Ronald Bradshaw and, GS-12 for the VA and work in IT. I would be a great benefit to the gvernment. However, at minimum would take another 2 years focusing on skill that has little to do with increasing efficiency in the goverment. The rule is not smart. Consider offering Ph.Ds of any grade to partcipate in becoming an SES. The most innovative mind may be around the corner if you seek the talent out. The Ph.D degree shows the dedication to complete the highest level of tasks in education and most of us a stuck working for people with either no degree or a lesser degree because of how the Government grading system is structured.

Mandy Boardman's husband David Wise had been drugging her for at least three years and raping her in her sleep. Prosecutors asked for 40 years. He got zero. Apparently, 12 years of a suspended sentence and eight years in home confinement are more than enough for a man who claims the rapes were because his wife was "snippy" — and the judge even told Mandy to forgive her husband and let him walk for his repeated assaults! We call on the Indiana Supreme Court to appeal this sentencing, and for the district attorney to issue a statement condemning the sentencing judge for his appalling, offensive remarks.

Congress shall have no tenure or pension A Congressperson collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when their term(s) end. Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their term(s), then go home and back to work. 2. Former Congressional office holders shall not lobby Congress Former Congresspersons and Senators shall not lobby the U.S. Government nor shall they work as a consultant to any firm or individual that lobbies the U.S. Government for a period of 10 years following the end of their last day in office. 3. Congress shall participate in Social Security Congress will pay into Social Security like the average American citizen. All funds currently in the Congressional retirement fund will be transferred to the Social Security system immediately. Congress, from this day forward, pays into and, at age 62, may collect from Social Security. Social Security funds may not be used for any other purpose. If Congress wishes more security in their retirement, they may pay into any commercially available retirement plan at their own expense, just like the average American citizen. 4. Congress shall not raise their salary or improve their benefits. Congressional pay shall rise by the lower of CPI or 3%. Congressional benefits shall be equal to those of the average American citizen. 5. Congress shall provide individual health care for themselves. They will participate in the same health care system as the average American citizen. If Congress wishes to have health care they may purchase, out of their own income, a health care plan that works for them just like the average American citizen. Congressional health care, as we now know it, no longer exists. 6. Congress shall not pass any law affecting the American people that does not apply to Congress. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people. All contracts, past and present, that Congress has passed for the benefit of Congress are null and void effective 12/12/12. The American people did not make these contracts with Congress. Congress made all these contracts for themselves.

The American people have long awaited the chance to visit Dealey Plaza on the 50th Anniversary of the Kennedy assassination (Nov. 22, 2013) in Dallas,where President John F. Kennedy was shot. But the City of Dallas and the 6th Floor Museum have taken over Dealey Plaza.for their own purposes. The American public will be banned from participating unless invited, We hear that only Dallas area residents will have tickets to enter Dealey Plaza. This petition demands that the City of Dallas and the 6th Floor Museum allow the people of the United States to enter Dealey Plaza freely, as in the past, without impediments, to honor their slain President without regard to place of residence, attire, or beliefs about the assassination. We demand that COPA and other organizations seeking justice for John F. Kennedy receive permission to speak, to freely gather unto themselves the public, at the Grassy Knoll, as in the past, and that they be allowed to hold the traditional Moment of Silence when Kennedy was shot and killed. We, the American people, shall exercise our right to assemble, speak and participate in the traditional manner, as in the past, in Dealey Plaza on Nov. 21, 22, 23,and 24, 2013 without censorship, harassment or fear. We shall also be allowed to purchase, sell or obtain whatsoever books, souvenirs, tracts,and other memorabilia is available from vendors, researchers, witnesses and friends of the Kennedy and Oswald families, inside and outside Dealey Plaza on Nov. 21, 22, 23 and 24, 2013, without hindrance, impediments or fear of arrest. We demand that the City of Dallas immediately issue permits at a reasonable cost to COPA, vendors, researchers and interested others to speak and meet freely, and to buy and sell freely, without tickets or other strategies to control who can or who cannot enter Dealey Plaza. This event must be open to us, the American people, and our wishes and constitutional rights respected.
