Soft Open Salons, One Client at a Time Appointments
Allow a licensed beauty professional to perform a beauty service privately with one client in the building at a time as of May 1st. All necessary precautions and disinfection protocols approved by the MO Board of Barbering and Cosmetology will be followed.
Serving one client at a time poses a lesser risk of spreading the virus, as compared to grocery stores being filled with 10+ people inside of one grocery store and 10+ people at a restaurant placing take out orders.

Why is this important?
Independent Beauty Professionals rely on income from clients. We cannot perform salon services online. While the Beauty Industry is deemed “non essential”, the ability to practice our craft is very essential to our livelihood. We are facing grave financial hardship. Our services are also essential to our clients’ mental and emotional health as a form of self care.
