STAND AGAINST GENOCIDE: EMAIL YOUR IMPERIAL VALLEY REPRESENTATIVES

I am writing to express my support for an urgent ceasefire in Occupied Palestine. I urge you to issue a public statement in support of a ceasefire and an arms embargo against the genocidal state of "Israel". Additionally, please sign on as a co-sponsor to H.Res. 786, the ceasefire resolution introduced by Rep. Cori Bush; while, passing the resolution offered by IVFORPALESTINE that calls for complete divestment of Imperial Valley funds to the genocidal state, and for the removal of Blackrock from our Retirement Fund.
Over 200,000 Palestinians and 1,100 Israelis have been killed since October 7. The humanitarian situation is dire for the two million people living in Gaza, more than half of whom are children. Meanwhile, hundreds of people, including Americans and Israelis, remain hostage, while Palestinians have been wrongfully imprisoned for over 75 years, and are now being kidnapped from all of Gaza and the West Bank. The escalating violence threatens to lead to more loss of life for Palestinians, Israelis, and others in the area.
Congress must hear loud and clear that Americans support the ceasefire, and want to move towards a peaceful solution that values human rights.
Millions of human lives are at stake. We must build on our collective humanity and call for a ceasefire and arms embargo today.

Why is this important?
We are calling on our Imperial Valley Councils, our State Representatives, including our House of Representatives and our State Senators, to call for a ceasefire and arms embargo in Occupied Palestine, against the genocidal state of "Israel". Over 200,000 Palestinians have been murdered by "Israel" since October 7th. We need to stand with our Palestinian siblings in their fight for liberation, against a colonizer, apartheid state.
