119th Congress Put On Notice - Protect Our Democracy
- Impeach President Trump for failing to carry out the laws as passed by Congress, failing to provide proper oversight to his "special government employee" and failure to safeguard the American citizens and every government employee, past or present, and creating an unacceptable and untenable national security risk for our country, putting our government employees at financial, physical and mortal risk, every violation of his oath of office and violation of federal law with his blatant and egregious disregard of federal law, union contracts, and basic common decency, for government waste, fraud and abuse by offering to pay government employees for not conducting the work of the taxpayers for the remainder of the fiscal year (encompassing greater than half a year) with funds appropriated by Congress expressly for the purpose of paying workers to conduct their assigned duties in accordance with law, rule, and contract and for making public statements that emanate ethnic cleansing;
- Denounce the Department of Government Efficiency publicly and refuse to recognize its legality for its failure to have a clearly defined, measurable scope of work for the reporting of recommendations to the President and Congress for proper review and usurping Congress' duties;
- Take every legal step to arrest Elon Musk and every single one of his employees/aides who have even touched a government system and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law for breaching secure government systems, making changes to those systems and shutting out authorized users of the systems;
- Formally and publicly recognize that duly hired government employees who may have assisted in the illegal changes to the government systems were doing so under duress and in an attempt to keep track of what changes were being made so that they may mitigate those changes when proper access and operations of the systems might be returned to the United States government;
- Denaturalize Elon Musk after conviction, deport him and deny him re-entrance to the United States of America for the remainder of his life; and
- Legally cancel all federal contracts with any person/organization associated with or or owned by Elon Musk and refuse any and all future contracts with any person/organization associated with or owned by Elon Musk, including any that he holds any share or portion thereof;
- Categorically and publicly refuse any funds from Elon Musk or any person/organization associated with or owned by him to be utilized for election/reelection for the remainder of their government service, including any that he holds any share or portion thereof;
- Take any legal means to revisit the confirmation of Agency heads to date and any that remain in their positions be subject to close, public oversight by Congress for the remainder of their government service; and
- Reward unfairly terminated employees who attempted to conduct their duties for the American public in good faith and stood up to President Trump, Elon Musk, or any person associated with the illegal Department of Government Efficiency with reinstating their positions and promoting them, if they will accept it after the gross mistreatment they received for conducting their duties and upholding their service oath faithfully. If they refuse, appropriate funding to pay them the equivalent of one year's salary as severance pay and add that to their time in service for the calculation of time in service if they choose to return to government service in the future and/or calculation of pensions, including any that chose to retire rather than lose his/her pension.
Why is this important?
Congress is meant to be a check against the ABUSE of the Executive Branch. The 119th Congress if failing to do its duty of protecting and upholding the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic, by not performing its task.
I ask you to join me in putting the entire 119th Congress, regardless of party affiliation, and Agency heads (acting or confirmed) on notice that from this point forward, any of them who fail to take the steps necessary to stop the dismantling of our government and punish the perpetrators within the confines of law, we, the American citizens, shall consider them complicit in the attempt to illegally compromise our democracy, our government, our citizens' safety, our rule of law, and that they violated their oath of office to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and as such, we will refuse to vote for any such oathbreaker in the future.
