Don't let the Warwick Town council Take away your property rights!

Before you think that it won’t impact your property please understand that vacation rentals have been the fabric of coastal communities for decades. This ill prepared and rushed regulation would impact all homeowners’ right to rent their property, and if found in violation of any of its rules be subject to costly fines of up to $500 per day.. If this ordinance is made law it would immediately prevent you from renting your home without registering and be subject to annual government inspections. For the few properties allowed it requires additional parking be added to most properties permanently changing the unique character of our neighborhoods.
Join us in telling Mayor Picozzi and the city council that this ordinance is unnecessary, over reaching and unconstitutional. Insist that there be a fair representation of landlords and property owners involved to draft a reasonable ordinance that protects all homeowners, landlords and neighbors included.
