Impeach Donald †rump for High Crimes, Corruption, Bribery, and Abuse of Power
We, the undersigned citizens of the United States, submit this petition to Congress demanding immediate action on the documented high crimes, misdemeanors, bribery, and unconstitutional abuses of power committed by Donald †rump in violation of his oath of office. The evidence is sourced, documented, and on the public record.
WHEREAS †rump violated the Emoluments Clauses by executing 3,642 stock transactions worth up to $750 million in Q1 2026, purchasing Nvidia, Palantir, Boeing, Dell, Intel, and Oracle immediately before beneficial regulatory decisions, and accumulating as much as $9.7 billion in documented pay-to-play profits; and
WHEREAS †rump committed bribery by accepting $63 million from Paramount, Meta, ABC, and X Corp to a presidential library fund while each had active regulatory matters pending, accepting a $400 million aircraft from Qatar, and raising $245 million through his inaugural committee from donors with direct regulatory interests; and
WHEREAS †rump usurped Congress's war powers by launching an unauthorized campaign against Iran resulting in 13 American deaths and up to $50 billion in costs, conducting an unauthorized raid to capture Venezuelan President Maduro, and threatening military action against Cuba; and
WHEREAS †rump abused the pardon power by pardoning more than 1,500 January 6th insurrectionists, pardoning donors convicted of drug trafficking and fraud, and floating a pardon for convicted child sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell in exchange for testimony her lawyer says would exonerate †rump from conduct in the Epstein files; and
WHEREAS †rump obstructed Congress and justice by directing his former criminal defense lawyer Todd Blanche to oversee the Epstein document review, withholding nearly three million Epstein pages despite the Transparency Act passing 427 to 1, taking Congresswoman Boebert into the Situation Room to pressure her to bury the files, and vetoing a bipartisan clean water bill in retaliation, with his name appearing over 38,000 times in released documents and one million times in withheld files; and
WHEREAS †rump violated the First Amendment by revoking visas for protected political speech, subpoenaing journalists for accurate Iran war reporting, and defunding NPR and PBS; and
WHEREAS †rump usurped the power of the purse by freezing billions in appropriated funds, dismantling agencies established by statute, and cutting more than $1 trillion from Medicaid, SNAP, housing assistance, mental health, and education; and
WHEREAS †rump militarized domestic law enforcement by authorizing IÇE warrantless raids in defiance of court orders, deporting United States citizen children, and separating American citizen children from parents resulting in documented abuse and in the case of two-year-old Orlín Josué Hernandez Reyes, death, while calling these actions "the greatest gift" of 2025; and
WHEREAS †rump suppressed voting rights by directing mid-decade gerrymandering across eleven states after the Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act in Louisiana v. Callais, supporting the SAVE Act that would disenfranchise 21 million voters, and declining to deny seeking a third term or canceling elections; and
WHEREAS †rump weaponized federal law enforcement by directing the DØJ against critics, dismantling the independence of the ƒbi and DØJ through loyalist appointments including Kash Patel and Todd Blanche, and threatening opponents with prosecution to suppress dissent; and
WHEREAS †rump displayed contempt for Congress by defying subpoenas, directing officials to refuse testimony, defying court orders, and dismantling independent inspectors general; and
WHEREAS †rump violated the Fourteenth Amendment by ordering the end of birthright citizenship, deporting individuals to El Salvador's CECOT torture prison in defiance of court orders, and invoking the Alien Enemies Act on a predicate the Supreme Court rejected in A.A.R.P. v. Trump; and
WHEREAS †rump dismantled the separation of church and state by holding an official event to rededicate America as "one nation under God," erasing the constitutional prohibition on establishment of religion, and directing policy through a Christian nationalist framework denying equal protection to non-Christian and LGBTQ Americans; and
WHEREAS †rump engaged in a pattern of personal enrichment catalogued by the Campaign Legal Center in nearly three dozen pay-to-play cases, characterized by Nobel laureate Paul Krugman as "treason in the futures market," and described by Senator Warren as "an insane level of corruption" and "a national security catastrophe";
THEREFORE we demand Congress:
ONE: Invoke House Rule IX to force an immediate floor vote on H.Res.1155, the thirteen articles of impeachment introduced by Rep. John Larson on April 6, 2026.
TWO: Pass the bipartisan ETHICS Act banning stock trading by the president, vice president, and members of Congress.
THREE: Pass a Presidential Library Anti-Corruption Act prohibiting donations from entities with active matters before the federal government.
FOUR: Appoint a fully independent special prosecutor to investigate all documented presidential corruption, bribery, and insider trading.
FIVE: Upon conviction, remove †rump from office and disqualify him from all future federal office.

Why is this important?
The President of the United States is running a criminal enterprise out of the Oval Office, and the people with the constitutional authority to stop him are choosing not to.
Donald †rump has committed documented violations of the Emoluments Clause, the bribery provisions of the Constitution, the War Powers Resolution, the Voting Rights Act, the First Amendment, the Fourth and Fifth Amendments, and the constitutional separation of powers. He has enriched himself by billions of dollars through stock trading, inaugural committee donations, presidential library bribes, and foreign government payments. He has separated American citizen children from their parents. He has launched unauthorized wars. He has withheld evidence of his connections to Jeffrey Epstein. He has threatened to cancel future elections.
We submit this petition as citizens who believe that no person, regardless of the office they hold, is above the law. We submit it as voters who understand that a democracy in which the powerful are exempt from accountability is not a democracy at all. We submit it as Americans who refuse to accept that the corruption documented in these pages is the permanent condition of our government.
The evidence is public. The constitutional tools exist. The only thing missing is the political will to use them.
Congress can act right now. Any single House member can invoke House Rule IX to force a floor vote on H.Res.1155, the thirteen articles of impeachment filed by Rep. John Larson, within two legislative days. The House can pass the ETHICS Act to ban presidential stock trading. Congress can demand a special prosecutor. The Senate can convict and remove.
None of this requires a new law. None of this requires permission from leadership. It requires only the political will that the American people are demanding and that Congress has so far refused to exercise.
If this is allowed to stand, it becomes the new standard.

If a president can trade stocks in companies he regulates and face no consequences, every future president will do the same. If a president can accept millions in payments from corporations awaiting his regulatory approval and call it a library donation, bribery has been legalized at the highest level of government. If a president can launch an unauthorized war, threaten a neighboring country with invasion, and separate American citizen children from their parents while facing no accountability, the Constitution has been rendered optional for anyone powerful enough to ignore it.
This is not about Donald †rump alone. This is about whether the United States of America is a nation of laws or a nation of power. Whether the constitutional system of checks and balances is real or ceremonial. Whether the oath of office means something or nothing.
Over one million Americans have already signed petitions demanding impeachment. Two thirds of the country disapproves of this president. The American people have done their part. It is time for Congress to do theirs.
