Make New York Healthy Workplace Bill a Law in 2022

Provide remedies for WORKPLACE/ACADEMIC BULLY, a form of workplace discrimination/bigotry not covered by state law that can shore up anti-discrimination employment legislation already on the books.

Why is this important?

WORKPLACE/ACADEMIC BULLY has been well known for years). But progress for change has been excruciatingly slow primarily because of those elected, civic and business Powers That Be. 2022 is going to be an important year. Elected officials in Albany should know that the time for change WAS YESTERDAY. Please support the petition and encourages others to sign.

How it will be delivered

Plan to deliver in person in 2022.

#BlackLivesMatter – as the spirit of, and composition of and as a bonifide force majeure beyond belief – is opening the door to make all lives matter. Do not let all the obfuscation and confusion and distractions and deceit being sowed by the Powers That Be distract nor blind you from that reality. If there was ever a time to believe that there is a Klieg Ray of Light of Hope for those of us dealing with the brutal consequences of workplace and academic bullying to show us a path, the time is NOW! And we don't need the mainstream news media to support our righteous cause.

Support the Healthy Workplace Bill! Contact your reps. They need to be held accountable and in these times they are feeling the spirit if not the heat for change.

Will be in touch. Best.

This is a quick note: Planning to resume publishing as regularly as I can as soon as I can during these pandemic times. I hope everyone receiving this message is prevailing as best as possible. I know of no new significantly new developments in the NYS Healthy Workplace Bill bill. I try to stay abreast of development or announcements or just plain news update with healthy workplace organizers because I know what could, is or might be happening in other North East Corridor contiguous states can effect NYS.
