No One is Above the Constitution. Enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

Dear leaders,

For over 250 years, America has been a land built on the promise of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness values protected by the constitution. Today, we are being tested. This election transcends politics. It is not about party allegiance or personal loyalty; it is about the soul of our representative democracy and the legacy we will leave for future generations. To certify someone who has betrayed our democratic system who incited or abetted an attack on the very government they wish to lead; It Is to shatter the values we hold sacred. It sends a clear and dangerous message: that insurrection carries no consequence, that loyalty to a nation can be bent to serve ambition, and that our foundational laws can be twisted for convenience.

Our nation’s history is a testament to our fierce commitment to freedom, democracy, and the rule of law. When we faced tyranny over 250 years ago, we did not yield or compromise. We declared our independence, defended our rights, and rejected those loyal to a ruler who sought to suppress us. We fought not just for land or resources, but for a vision of a government by the people, for the people and of the people—a vision that has guided our nation through times of peace and crisis.

Think of the precedent we set if we fail to act in defense of our Constitution. Future generations will look back at this moment and wonder: Did we truly value our democracy, or did we let it slip away because we feared political backlash? You, our elected leaders, have a duty that is greater than any single person or party. Your responsibility is to the Constitution, to the rule of law, and to the future of this nation. As other nations seek to undermine our democratic legacy and sway our governance, this is our moment to show that when tested, we remain a nation of integrity, strength, and unwavering unity.
