USE THE 25th AMENDMENT TO REMOVE PRESIDENT TRUMP & SAVE AMERICAN LIVES
"Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide... their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President."

We, the undersigned, are Republicans and Democrats and Libertarians and Green Party and others. We respectfully ask the Cabinet of the United States to invoke the 25th Amendment and transfer the presidential powers and duties from President Trump to Vice President Pence.
Why is this important?
It is undeniable to any impartial observer that President Trump has suffered severe mental deterioration since taking office.
As of the first signature below, more than 46,000 Americans have died from COVID-19 with more than 840,000 confirmed cases and numbers rising daily. In just weeks COVID-19 has become the leading cause of death in the United States.
Our country is in a national crisis and needs a President who is mentally and emotionally capable of rising to the occasion. President Trump is capable of neither.
The United States is about 4% of the world’s population and now accounts for more than 30% of the world’s COVID-19 cases and more than 25% of the world’s COVID-19 deaths. This is a direct result of President Trump’s inability to do what is necessary to marshal the resources to fight this disease.
Americans are dying in such large numbers from COVID-19 that we cannot wait for the election in November. We need a fit President now.
We need a President who is capable of understanding the science, facts and reality of COVID-19 and able to take the necessary long term actions to overcome this disease and save lives.
We need a President capable of providing consistent and reliable large scale coordination from the Federal government.
We need a President capable of understanding the necessity of invoking the Defense Production Act to protect our health care workers.
We need a President who is able to focus and remember what he has said and done from day-to-day and tweet-to-tweet.
We are begging you to act now. Americans are dying and cannot wait!
There is no downside for Republicans to act now. This does not change the balance of power and will likely help Republicans in future elections.
Please put politics and agendas aside and do what is necessary for the good of the country. Prioritize saving American lives from a President who is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.
Please act now for a stronger and healthier America. Please act now for all our families and loved ones.
