To: Mitt Romney & The entire government of the USA
We The People!!
The United States government thinks that low income/poverty stricken families don’t need assistance…
They think that they know what is best for the people. Based on what? A few power points, flow charts & ‘data’??
The cost? Nearly $10,000. This is just one month of one medication that I’m on.
It is literally life-saving and I cannot go without it.
Our government officials need to step it up and realize that there are people out here suffering and who are desperate for assistance…
We are about to become homeless because our landlord (and the whole country it seems) is raising rent so high, that we cannot possibly afford to live anywhere!
All the rich people keep buying up the low cost housing (to ‘flip’), and don’t leave anything for the rest of us to even have a chance of securing housing for our children/family/loved ones!
The child tax credit definitely helped, but it was not nearly enough to help make ends meet.
With my husbands medical bills and my medical bills it costs nearly $30,000 a month!
When you only make $32,000 a year, it’s really hard to try and keep a roof over your head, feed and clothe your children, afford medical necessities and take care of your family.
Not one person in our government truly understands. Not really.
As long as they get their bloated paychecks & keep giving themselves raises to make it so they get to do whatever the heck they want (such as traveling, buying new cars and extravagant homes, and eating out at fancy restaurants every night), they don’t care about the average struggling American family!
It’s time to stand up, be noticed, and fight for a better life!
This country is founded on ‘We The People’, not ‘we the government’…
Who else is sick and tired of being sick and tired??
Who else out there is struggling paycheck to paycheck, not even making ends meet?
Who else is freaking out over not knowing if you’ll have a place to live month to month, or day to day?
Who else wants the child tax credit to be permanent?
Who else wants the government to pass a bill for a recurring stimulus through these tough uber inflation and pandemic times??
Who else is going to stand up with me and petition the government to do the right thing?
If you stand for nothing, you will fall for everything…
Mitt Romney & the US government, you are in a position to help struggling families all across our great nation. I voted for you. I believe in your abilities to do what is right for the people, and I lay my struggling family’s absolute desperation (and every family that is suffering extreme hardship) at your feet. Please, please, please Choose The Right & be a shepherd to the flock that relies on your voices to speak on our behalf… 🙏🏻💗

Why is this important?
I implore all Americans to stand up, be heard & do something to help better your life & the lives of all those around you!
If we don’t speak up NOW, there will never be change…
We have the power to change the world, right the wrongs, unlock the chains of injustice & demand a better quality of life!
Change starts with you!
Your voice matters!
You CAN make a difference!
Stand with me in pleading… no, DEMANDING more from our government!
We demand more assistance to climb our way out of poverty!
We demand our government to respect & hear the people!
We demand a better quality of life for our children!
And lastly, we demand action from our government!
If change doesn’t happen NOW, I fear those people who feel frustrated & unheard will begin to revolt.
We do NOT need a revolution, we need a resolution…
When parents go hungry so their children do not, you know there is something inherently wrong with the system.
When the people are scared to seek medical help because of the outrageously high costs, there is something inherently wrong with the system.
When a parent has to choose between working just to pay daycare or staying home to raise their children and not being able to pay rent, there is something inherently wrong with the system.
We are not asking for a handout, we are asking for a leg up!
I implore you to take these words seriously. For if you don’t, the people may rise up to seek justice themselves.
We will no longer stand by and go unheard and unseen. We will shout from the rooftops until change happens!
I will stand up for what is right, even if I have to stand alone…
